Fantastic customer service! The courier misplaced our rug and once I had contacted Elegance Rugs, they got in touch with the courier straight away. When they couldn't locate the rug they sent one out and I received it the next day. I was kept fully informed every step of the way. We will definitely order from them again! :)

Lovely Rug, Great Customer Service
I have just received my rug from Elegance Rugs and I am delighted with it.
After a small issue with the original rug I ordered being discontinued, I received excellent customer service assisting me in ordering another one. It was then dispatched and delivered within just a couple of days.
I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again if I need to purchase another rug.

Website was easy to use and the rug is exactly as described. Would be more inclined to purchase if the has videos of the rugs to have a better idea but I'm happy with our choice.

New Rug
After seeing the rug I wanted and fell in love with I ordered it thinking it would be at least a week before arriving. Within two days it arrived. Brilliant service. Thank you. It looks amazing.

Dear Linda, apologies if the quality was not as expected. Rugs made majority of Wool tend to always shed and benefit from regular hoovering to fully settle. We also recommend trimming any loose weaves to increase durability and lifespan. Our experts are always at hand should you require tailored assistance. Thank you and hope to see you back soon!

What a great find! Bought a rug for my living room and it arrived super fast! Was worried it might appear a different colour but it was as shown on the website!
