Just go to best buy. I ordered through them and it's been a disaster. Not worth a 5% savings.

Fast, easy, good price, had what I needed in stock when I was having a hard time sourcing it.

I received what I ordered in good time and in good shape

I ordered a Bosch washer dryer set here because I saved $200 on the set.
They charge $199 for 6 day delivery, so it said. No haul away or installation offered.
I promptly got rid of my old set anticipating the delivery.
I verified my outlet plug type so I’d get the adapter for the machines.
Once my items was shipped, they provided no additional support. My set sat somewhere mid-delivery for nearly 2 weeks. When I contacted Electronic Express they denied a 6 day delivery, I have screen shots, and offered no help. They said I was not able to cancel or get a refund until they received the set back to them in new condition. How can I do that, if it hasn’t got here? It finally arrived and they were wrapped up well. The dryer however had dirt or soil all over inside the packaging. I’m not about to try to deal with them on this. Also the wrong adapter was included, and they do not have the correct one in stock! So I had to find it and pay expedited shipping as the laundry piles up! Terrible service bad company period. Big mistake ordering here. I’d gladly pay more for good service.

I purchased from Electronics Express in the past and I was very pleased with their website, selection and service. That is why I have made a recent purchase. I still received the same great service, especially how they quickly shipped out my order to me.

The men who delivered our washer & dryer were great! We have a 1909 home with a slightly complicated set up. They were experts and got them installed pretty quickly. Very professional. We bought the set online, which was also very simple.

Sold me a used TV that had been sent all around for conferences. The listing never mentioned it was a used TV. It was even missing the remote. I had to take my time and effort to return it.

Worst part is, they are listed the tv for sale again as new.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Seller

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller. We ordered a stove that arrived new and still sealed on the pallet, but when we tried to contact them regarding a return, they were completely unresponsive. They don’t answer their phone, don’t reply properly, and offer absolutely no real customer support.

We were even willing to pay for the return shipping ourselves, yet they still refused to cooperate. The item has never been opened or used, and they still would not help. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I strongly recommend that buyers stay away from this seller unless you’re willing to risk being stuck with an item and no support.

The delivery system is very useful, allowing you to track when its going to be your turn and where the delivery team is. The delivery team is very friendly, polite and even brought both washer amd dryer inside the house for me in perfect condition. Electronic has the best price in town. I shopped around for 2 days and saved several hundred of $ for the same brand and models of washer and dryer. It was a great experience with Electronic Express
