Do Not Trust What They are Selling is Accurrate
Read the BBB complaints-- eFinancial is classic "bait and switch" only they just bait you and then disappear and feign ignorance.
I was sold a policy for life insurance and told XYZ things were acceptable and we could change everything on the backend once the policy is setup. So I submit payment, the policy is active and when I go in to make adjustments, everything eFinancial told me was wrong. The most egregious part was that AFTER the fact, I called eFinancial to explain to them the issue, they again reiiterated incorrect information, to which I went to Prudential to verify and they corrected me in saying that is not factual or correct. I told eFinancial this and they THANKED ME for giving them the updated information. So I had paid money into a policy that was basically unusable for me. No follow up, no try to make it right for the customer based on their MANY factual inaccuracies in selling a policy. Start to end of this fiasco for those wondering how much time and energy this took....December 2024 to April 2025.....

He helped me decide on what would be best for my situation...in a very sincere and genuine way! He doesn't "pitch" you anything and he doesn't try to do the "guilt trip" thing.
