0 stars is best, Jasmine wheeler is the absolute worst! She didn't explain anything. I told her what I wanted and I was asking questions which she kept saying the policy will be there in 5-10 days. Well i canceled within a couple days cause it wasn't sitting right and she never replied or called back. I've printed all my interactions and phone log so I can file a fraud report. Those girl thinks for one minute she's gonna pull a fast one on me no you messed with the wrong consumer! Oh when I got the policy it was a bunch of BS and was not at all what I was told I was getting. This place is a SCAM.

Jasmin Reyes made my experience great! Because of her hard work and dedication to great customer service, I am writing this review. She has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, followed up with everything, and did all that she said she would do. If I could hire her for my team, I would steal her away in a minute. People with her skill set and work ethic are hard to come by, and she was outstanding. She was thoughtful, caring, empathetic, solution-minded, and extremely professional.
