I think the curriculum content is really good and presented in a way students can really benefit form it. For my daugther online classes are a bit difficult since every student is on differente lessons so some time they feel either lost of hold behind. Maybe it would be good to consider other options for those lessons where there would be different workshops or dynamics to reinforce some topics rather that just run throug a lesson. It would help the kids to stay conected with their peers and feel that they belong together in the class. I see for instance that clubs work really well, writting club has been really a nice experience for my daugther.

Our experience with EduWW has been excellent.

The system is easy to use, very comprehensive and the program is educational and provides various ways to help motivate our students by adapting to the individuality of the alumni.

The teachers are responsive and helpful as is the support staff. We have never been let down in any way. Everything gets sorted. Whether it be a computer or software issue or one of our students needs extra help, whatever the issue with eduWW you always have someone there to help you and everything always gets sorted in a timely manner.

More importantly our day to day experience with eduWW is headache-free.

With their continuous support and strong presence, this allows us to focus 100% on our students.

In doing so we have been very successful at maintaining a high general average score among all of our alumni.

Most are now straight A students. Some of our students take more time to get there and for some, it is even their first time experiencing what it’s like to be a straight A student.

This energy and success motivates the others of course and the parents of our students are equally happy to see their children strive academically.

The staff is very helpful and always on standby. The try to solve any issue as soon as possible this makes them very efficient. As for the teacher they are patient and help them with any doubts they have in studies.

unsere Kinder lernen nun seit drei Jahren mit EduWW. Während wir zu Beginn sehr zufrieden waren, hat sich unsere Wahrnehmung in letzter Zeit deutlich gewandelt. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass die Schule zu schnell expandiert ist, was zulasten der Betreuungsqualität und der personellen Kapazitäten geht.

Gerne möchten wir Ihnen die Gründe für unsere aktuelle Unzufriedenheit und unsere Kündigung detailliert erläutern:

1. Buchungsaufwand und technische Hürden (Gruppenunterricht)
Obwohl der Gruppenunterricht jede Woche zur selben Zeit stattfindet, müssen wir jeden Termin einzeln über Calendly buchen. Bei mehreren Kindern summiert sich das auf 20 bis 30 Buchungen pro Woche, was mich ca. 1 bis 2 Stunden Zeit kostet.

Problem: Calendly wertet die schnellen Buchungsfolgen oft als Spam und sperrt den Zugang, sodass wir das Gerät jedesmal wechseln müssen.

Lösungsvorschlag: Feststehende Links für das gesamte Schuljahr. Da der Unterricht ohnehin stattfindet, ist der manuelle Buchungsaufwand für Eltern nicht nachvollziehbar und extrem belastend.

2. Kapazitätsengpässe beim individuellen Unterricht
Früher hatten unsere Kinder Unterricht bei Teacher Igor, was hervorragend funktionierte. Später war es jedoch fast unmöglich, Termine bei ihm zu bekommen, da sein Kalender völlig überbucht war. Wenn man Flexibilität benötigt, steht man oft vor leeren Zeitfenstern, da nicht genügend Lehrkräfte für die Anzahl der Schüler zur Verfügung stehen.

3. Große Qualitätsunterschiede bei den Tutoren
Die Qualität der Betreuung hängt massiv vom jeweiligen Tutor ab:

Positiv: Die Tutorin unserer Tochter (Eve, aktuell in Elternzeit) und ihre jetzige Nachfolgerin leisten hervorragende Arbeit und schicken regelmäßig Berichte.

Negativ: Bei unserem Sohn sieht es anders aus. In fünf Monaten erhielten wir nur einen einzigen Bericht. Zudem fanden zahlreiche gebuchte und bezahlte Stunden unentschuldigt nicht statt. Unser Sohn konnte seit September nur die Hälfte des bezahlten Unterrichts wahrnehmen, da die Tutorin trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keinen persönlichen Link geschickt hat und reguläre Termine kaum verfügbar sind.

4. Mangelnde Kommunikation (Clubs)
Die freiwilligen Clubs sind eine tolle Idee, müssen aber ebenfalls jedes Mal extra gebucht werden. Trotz Anfrage haben wir seit September keine Links zum aktuellen Angebot erhalten.

Fazit: Wir schätzen die interessanten Inhalte und die intuitiv gestaltete Plattform, die es den Kindern ermöglicht, weitgehend selbstständig zu arbeiten. Preislich ist die Schule mit anderenn Anbietern vergleichbar.

Die organisatorischen Mängel und der enorme zeitliche Aufwand für die Verwaltung der Termine haben uns jedoch nun zur Kündigung bewegt. Wir wünschen uns eine deutliche Vereinfachung der Prozesse und eine verlässlichere Kommunikation. Sollten diese Punkte optimiert werden, könnten wir uns eine Rückkehr zu EduWW in der Zukunft vorstellen, da wir ursprünglich sehr gerne bei Ihnen waren.

I think it is very convenient for athletes and very modern approach for parents! Highly recommended

This is an excellent curriculum for my 9th and 10th graders. The teachers and tutors are very caring for the kids.

We are generally very happy, our daughter learns well and the program is set up in a way that it is easy for a teenager to organize herself and learn effectively. We get support with what we need and our daughter is happy to be learning by herself in a selfe paced manner. It seems like there was an issue last time with the automatic email response her tutor sent out but she is hands on and trying to see how to resolve that, so next time my daughter receives information about the absence of her tutor, dates and who to contact instead. Sometimes we feel our daughter could get feedback faster, when she sends out an email requesting for assistance. Overall, a very positive experience and we always recommend it to other parents.

In general terms I do really like our experience with the school. They are very organized, the platforms, efficient and the administration support, impecable.
I would just like them to afford more clarity about the reasons of the not so good qualifications and how to make improvements in such areas.
This, however, does not affect my great opinion,.since, once the assistance is requested, the answer comes fast and service oriented. Thank you for the good service!
