I bought course and it does not have any content in it, they sale course without content to ripped learner. I have tried to contact since week, but issue has not been resolve

I had enrolled for the Post Graduate program in Generative AI & ML from Edureka. One of the pre-requisite was "Python programming for AI & ML; which was taken by Industry pioneered Instructor named Mayank. The sessions were really insightful with lot of focus on data structures, using coding samples. All the doubts were cleared during the sessions. I would highly recommend this course to all who would like to learn Python for AI & ML.

Edureka is v supportive. The PDP in Gen AI and ML program is what I was looking for. The instructor is a subject matter expert who explains the concepts logically. As a lecturer, I do appreciate his teaching methodogies.

Before enrolling, they promised unlimited batch access, but now there are no options available. I raised a query, but there has been no response so far. The contact number provided on the website is incorrect or faulty. I genuinely feel that I have wasted my money with Edureka.

I recently purchased their MS Project course from Edureka, and I was highly impressed with the quality of the content. I recently bought a Data Analytics course with a plan to start early February 2025. I had 3 sales person followed up with me until I bought the course. I asked for special support to do this course. After purchasing the course. The sales person ignored all my messages and my requests for support. Now, February is few days away and still no information about the start date for the course and no one contacting by WhatsApp as they do when selling courses. I asked for a cancellation and refund and was told no way to get my money back.
So disappointed.

I am pursuing a course in LLMS and React JS from Edureka and I am fully satisfied with the curriculum and the trainer provided.
Very few live courses for LLMs are available in the market and It was a great decision for me to take up the course.
I have taken these programs for adding in my skills bucket and as a part of requirement in my current project and its really helping me in performing my tasks.

I recently completed the Azure Data Engineer course from Edureka, and it was an invaluable learning experience. I purchased a program and the second money was transferred, all contact and support disappeared. I have contacted them multiple times. Each time, I was told someone would fix it in 24hours. They have phone numbers for 'grievances' and support on their website that are out of service. They don't update payment history and order history. I would love to see their actual company. I imagine a couple of cardboard boxes and one old flip phone. Their trainers aren't bad but everything else is pathetic

Edureka provides an excellent online learning platform with a well- organised course structure. Everything is good but I am not belonging to any IT department that's why I have issue but I try to resolve it.

This bleeding organization has kept charging me on paypal about 700 US dollars after cancelling and filing a case, and the agents call customers, nag them to join the course in the initial stage but when the customer has an issue they don't call back, the agent's relatives, parents all fall sick or die or something happens and charges on the card continues. Despite complaints and filing a case this company has charged me.
I was promised 5 courses for the price but was given one and no call was returned. Other companies like centril, cisco, AWS, Microsoft and google certificates are far more valued. The instructors are not paid well as well. This organization does not treat anyone with respect. I would not recommend joining them because you will be charged continuously even after stopping. This is a scam not an educational institution.

I recently completed Power BI Course and the trainer Tulika Gupta madam is an awesome trainer with great knowledge and she has a real time work experience and have a very great patience and she explains all the concepts very neat and clean. Also, Edureka platform is good. Thanks and Kudos Tulika Gupta
