I had worst edureka exp ever , i was sold a course and rep was'nt transparent sold me a course and assigned me wrong batch i requested a particular instructor and another instructor was assigned and i was not able to understand the verbal delivery. Asked them to change batch they demanded money then after a lot of frustration assigned me batch , at wrong time 2:30 am for me. No refund policy , bad customer experience and never returning customer.

Most Valuable Aspect: The combination of live, instructor-led training and the intensive, hands-on lab sessions has been the highlight of my experience.

This approach effectively bridged the gap between complex theoretical concepts and practical industry application.
Specifically, the integration of GenAI tools into the standard DevOps workflow has given me the confidence to apply these modern strategies to real-world projects.

My experience with Edureka has been excellent. I received consistent support throughout the entire course, and I would genuinely recommend it to anyone looking to upskill. The lifetime access to course content is one of Edureka’s strongest advantages.

The only point to note is that the lab access is limited, so it’s best to complete all lab activities within the course duration.

A special mention to Kiran Kumar Sahu and the team, who supported me immensely during my Cloud Computing course with Purdue University. Their guidance made a significant difference in my learning journey.

Edureka has incredibly poor customer service. Once they take your money, the support team completely vanishes and refuses to address any issues. They ignore every email and phone call when you actually need help, yet they have no problem bombarding you with aggressive promotional calls to sell more courses. Avoid this platform at all costs.

They have the worst automation system; they have absolutely no control over contact records or deletions. Their website is designed to mislead people—they ask for information just to harass them—and they don't respect schedule changes. I constantly receive calls from people in India who have no record of previous calls. It is a terrible system, and the reviews they have are paid for because the quality of service is abysmal.

It was really a great experience I got to learn so many new things which are going to be really useful for my future. I really look forward to learn more from edureka. The team really put their great efforts to make each and every student shine and even make our doubts clear... Overall my experience has been great and I really recommend.

This is a fraudulent platform. I joined the AI program here.
I taught with 5 mentors; every week, their mentor got changed, and they are not worth teaching. Also, their content was not good either. It's been 5 months; I am asking for a refund. They are just making excuses that it is not in our policy.

Please do not join any of the courses from here; they are fraud.

My experience with Edureka was a complete waste of money and time. It is a SCAM which initially sounded genuine. They wait until you pay your moey then they telling you lies and recycled some online resources. They hire their own scumbags to teach and make you feel it genuine. Once you completed the course, you wont see your certificate. Like me, I didn't get my certificate upon completing the course. I regretted enrolling and planning to sue them. If you're thinking about signing up, Please DONT. They are SCAM. Just another Indian SCAM who has set up the business for illegal money making by luring and cheating people who wanted to do better in their life.

I enrolled in a CEH course from Edureka, and they offered me lifetime validity for my course access and EC Council Vouchers, but they did not send them to me. Moreover, they informed me that the cost of Examination vouchers is included in the offered package but they were never sent to me. They are bogus and unethical so please do not fall into their trap.
