He has Down's Syndrome.
He is really lovely, a nice smile and adorable eyes! :D
His hair needed bit of a comb-through, and this is because he was placed into a box with no other protective packaging other than a bag he was in (and thankfully they were good enough to put some breathing holes in the bag for him) and he got tumbled about in the box a bit.
He is still smiling after his bumpy journey though. :D
I have named him Michael. :D

One month or so ago
One month or so ago, I placed an order with Educational Toys.
They mixed up my order and someone else's, sent me someone else's order addressed to me (and I expect, my order to someone else).
The customer service staff somehow registered this as being my fault. I had waylaid an item of theirs. They could only process my order for my things if I first arrange a collection for a specific time for the item they misdelivered. In the end I lodged a complaint. I also offered to consent for them to put a hold on my credit card so they speed up sending me the items I actually ordered. Following this, they sped up their collection of the item they misdelivered, sent me a reminder that I should ensure the items are well packaged, and promptly asked me to review their service.
I still haven't received my items.

The sensory spinning chair
The sensory spinning chair I bought for my son who has autism and has to spin is fantastic. It’s strong. It’s sturdy. He’s 2 and it’s more than big enough and will be for a long time I suspect. It had rubber feet which work perfectly there’s no sliding or movement where there shouldn’t be. Overall this is a perfect purchase for any kid who just HAS to spin everything. Also, it was a super easy purchase and it was delivered promptly, earlier than expected actually, in a perfect condition.

Good product but bad experience
The product itself is fine and just as described. However one part of the item was sent separately and was lost in delivery and when located was the wrong part anyway. This then had to be returned and the new one sent out.
The whole process took nearly 2 weeks, this might be a one off but if purchasing as a gift allow plenty of time.
