I've moved from another recruitment company to education world as I already worked with people who are on placements with them I deal with Stephen boyer who has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Very good service to get in contact with also stephen was very helpful and put me in the right direction.

Numerous allegations made from ‘schools’ the first were awful and had me questioning working in schools again, they asked me for a statement so the school could investigate and miraculously all allegations dropped !! The following week in a different placement they called said I was inappropriatley dressed (in a baggy shirt and work trousers) I asked the school about that the next day, to apologise they knew NOTHING about it, the next day and the next day allegations too about kids vaping in my class, I denied this and it was dropped, the next day another one !! These are all totally false accusations and it was none stop for a week, my mental health really suffered as a result, despite working for two other agencies and having nothing but the highest praise back from them, I find it hard to believe that 1 out of 3 agencies only get bad feedback on their agency workers. Having offered placement with over an hours travel away on public transport and on crutches their attitude was disgusting !! When they rang with the latest allegations, they were not interested at all in my version and even sighed when I said ‘that didn’t happen’
They also got me to apply and pay for a new DBS because I recently got married despite me telling them I am not changing my surname !! I’ve heard from 4 other agencies (2 old and 2 new) that is utter bullshit. I had been married 4 days when they said I need a new one !!
I recommend anyone and everyone avoid this company if you wish to remain in a good mental health state !!!

This is my first time ever joining an agency and I cannot recommend Education World enough. From the very first day I had Scott Marsh assigned to me and he was brilliant!! Excellent communication, straightforward registration and CV. Gemma was also very good and prompt and getting things put in place for me to start working without any time wasted.
A very big Thank You to Scott and Gemma and hope we continue to to work together in future prospects.

I’ve worked with this company since 2021 with a lovely Lady called Beverley who has helped me get work whenever I have needed it and it has landed me getting a permanent position in one of these schools. So easy to join and such an easy process and your out working as soon as possible. Beverley would always have work lined up for me in advance and very rarely needed to ring me on the morning. I was definitely a difficult worker at first but I was supported in the best way and they supported me in growing my confidence and this past year I carried out a long term position in my ideal school.

We had a really bespoke requirement and I was initially sceptical that EW could help, but what was different from other agencies was how Danny really listened to what we needed.
