Hi Lloyd,
Thank you for your feedback.
We see your parcel has now been delivered. As it was ordered on Friday with our Standard shipping option, we do ask for you to allow 2-4 working days for the parcel to be delivered. We do have a Next Day delivery option, which, if ordered before 12pm ensures Next Day delivery of your order. For further details, you can see this via our "Delivery Information" page, as well as on every product page under "Shipping Options".
In future if you would like your order as soon as possible, we would suggest going for the Next Day delivery option. We appreciate you may have missed this information, and do apologies for any inconvenience caused for your wife's birthday.
As we are a small business, we appreciate all reviews, and will always look to improve our services for our customers, so we appreciate your feedback.
Kindest,
Team Ediit.

I had a fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience at Ediits shop recently. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who offered personalised recommendations without being pushy. The intimate setting made it easy to browse at my own pace. It's rare to find a place that combines great customer service with a curated selection of unique items. I left feeling refreshed, knowing I'd discovered a hidden gem that truly values its customers.
