EdenShop Anmeldelser

I don't recive the order.
On the track number, my order is still in NL.
To much time waiting

The day after order confirmation seems the access to personal area was not working. No shipping information was available. Don’t worry the day after I received e.mail with all information needed and expected delivery date to home.
I’m satisfied, good service, good price.

My order has still not arrived. Not sure why I am being asked to rate a service with this in mind.

I placed an order that was paid for and confirmed, but the product was never received. Initially, I was informed that the item was damaged during transport. Then, Edenshop asked me to pay for the transportation fees to ship a new item! I refused and requested a full refund. It's unreasonable to expect a customer to cover transportation costs for a shipment that was already paid for, especially when the damage occurred during transit. I would advise others to avoid this company.

Very good choice and quality of products + excellent service.

Ich habe nicht bekommen !

Perfect easy - very good

Sehr traurig!!!

Delivery reported 20.08. but no article :-((

After some troubles with the order I had contact by email. Within a day I had a reaction and they solved the problem. About 5 days later I received my package that was sent from Malaga to the Netherlands. Thank you very much for your great help. Very happy with the products too.

⚠️ ATTENZIONE!!!!

Ottimi prezzi prodotti top consegna tempi buoni!

I have ordered my item on 09/08/2024 with an option of 72h delivery, however the partnering courier GLS advised on their website that my parcel’s estimated delivery will be 19/08/2024 which is 10 days. On the 19/08/2025 GLS has advised that my item’s delivery is delayed for another 1-3 days… I am very disappointed with the level of your service and will not be placing orders with EdenShop in the future.
