Envoi rapide et soigné accompagné d’échantillons sympas

Item very well packed and arrived on time. Nothing to report.

My name is Tetiana.
I placed an order in your store and paid.
14.11.2024 I received the order. Everything is broken, the containers are broken, the liquid from the bottles has all leaked out((( This is terrible((

1. Shampoo Farmavita 1 liter - the lid is completely broken, the liquid has leaked
2. Two Onely shampoos - the lids are open, the liquid has leaked
3. Onely mask - the bottom is broken, the liquid has all leaked out.

I immediately called the delivery service, they recorded the damage and destruction of the products.
They said to send you a photo of the damage. So I am sending you photos and video of the damaged order.

I am asking you to send the well-packaged goods according to my order as soon as possible.
Thank you!

I ordered a product, payed and was sent on a page saying error. Money was taken but the product was never sent. Big scam

where is my order I haven't received anything like my order has been sent for delivery! I want my order or my money back!

I bought from edenshop twice. Products arrived as expected, delivery a bit longer but it's ok since it's an international one. Thanks

Pessimi

Delivery was totally damaged...

Fantastici, veloci e precisi.

Serious and the price.

First of all, It took 1month to get my stuff, If I did’nt ask about my order they won’t even send it to me. When the order arrive, I ordered 5 sprays, there’s only 1. So I payed for 5 and got one? I wrote to them about this and did’nt get answer back from them.

Super Service, schneller Versand!

Apprezzatissimi i campioncini!

Ottimi prodotti. Azienda seria, precisa, veloce e molto competitiva con ottimi prezzi. 🔝
