Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE! The tee shirts are cute, but they effectively cannot be returned from the US. The company does not have a warehouse in the US to ship returns back to, and mailing them back to England via USPS cost more than the tee shirt itself ($70), with UPS quoting $250. Their customer service does not care and made not a single attempt to make it right.

Thank you so much for your review, which you had threatened our customer support team with that you were going to leave, despite the team working hard over multiple emails to help and assist you.


As can clearly be seen by the thousands of 5-Star reviews for our company, our support and of course our products, it would seem that your claims of 'buyer beware' are not resonating with others, which perhaps begs the question, who is right? Should others believe the 50,000+ customers who have provided 5-star reviews on our website or on Trustpilot for our business, or you, providing a 1-star review saying the opposite? I'm fairly sure most customers will be able to see through this and make their own informed choice.

For the record, we are a U.K business and pride ourselves on having a single manufacturing/distribution point for our business, which is one of the primary factors in making our brand one of the most eco-friendly, sustainable fashion brands on the planet. We specifically do not store and pre-produce thousands of products and distribute them to every continent on the planet, only to sit there in heated, air-conditioned warehouses waiting to be sold. That is NOT what we do, and if you had read our sustainable story, then this would be clear to you. We make all items to order in our production facility in the U.K. This means we have almost zero waste as we only produce what is needed, when it is needed. This is also a major factor in our sustainable story. We also process all returns in that same single facility.

Also, it’s important to note that we take great pride in our premium products and also in the accuracy of the size charts we produce. It would be fairly disastrous for any online brand to have a size chart that was not correct - which was the basis of much of your frustration and anger with our support staff, where you were claiming they were wrong, thus the reason you were looking to return your items. Having an incorrect size chart for products would lead to an excessive and unsustainable level of product returns and unhappy customers for any brand. So it may come as a surprise to you that our return rate is currently about 2%, compared with an industry standard of around 22% in the fashion industry, and, as we have already mentioned, we have thousands of 5-Star customer reviews praising quality and the size and fit. This also indicates that not only do our products hit the mark and generally exceed people's expectations, but they also fit as per our sizing advice and recommendation. As the U.S (where you live) is our largest single market, then again, it would seem that almost every single other U.S customer also fails to agree with your points, as they only leave us 5-Star reviews, unlike yours.

As for your claimed retrun costs, we also seem unsure as to what quote you received to return your multiple items to us (not 1 t-shirt as your review insinuates), as a quick look on the USPS website provided return options for $30 or less. Certainly, no need to spend $70 or $250!

Rest assured, we are always working on ways we can make our customer experience even better than it currently is, and this includes the return process for those customers who wish to return an item. We never stop in our efforts to improve in all areas and will continue to do so.

I would like to finish with a summary of Trustpilot reviews on our business, which rates us as 'EXCELLENT' and goes on to say: "Reviewers are really happy with this company. Customers consistently praise the products, highlighting their excellent quality and the overall positive experience with their orders. The delivery service is also frequently mentioned for its efficiency and care in packaging."

T shirts

I can honestly say, these are by far the best quality T shirts I have ever owned. I love the soft cotton and most of all, I love that the neck opening is a more relaxed fit and it doesn’t feel tight.

Favourite t shirt!

I’m very happy with my purchase. Although it’s more than I would usually pay for a t shirt, the design is unique, it’s good quality material and a great fit. I decided to treat myself and glad I did - It’s my favourite t shirt already!

A beautiful treat!

I initially balked at the price (I have never allowed myself to spend more then £15-20 tops on a t-shirt before) but I loved the statements on the clothing and felt compelled to treat myself… Once they arrived, I couldn’t have been more pleased. They looked and felt amazing and I finally understood why people pay a premium for well made, beautiful and sustainable clothing. I am not disappointed and cannot wait to buy more! ❤️

Love these T-shirts

Love these T-shirts! Wonderful, soft, good-quality T-shirts with a very flattering fit. Capped/rolled sleeves are a very nice touch.

Saw these guys on line

Saw these guys on line, and loved the look of the products. I work with guys in the USA and Canada and they call me Mary Poppins… hence I HAD to buy the supercalifragilistic t shirt. An expensive purchase for a t shirt, but the service and quality are top notch! Cost per wear will be worth every penny

Nothing but LOVE

I am proud owner of a LOVE-Sweatshirt and the both funny and meaningful Rodeo-Sweatshirt for men. And I honestly can’t say enough good things about Eden Ashram! The quality of the sweatshirts is outstanding — soft, cosy, perfectly made, and you can really feel the care that goes into every detail. It’s not just clothing; it’s embracing you. it’s something that genuinely lifts your mood and speaks to your soul.
The customer service is exceptional too — friendly, fast, and truly caring. It’s rare these days to feel so valued as a customer, but here you absolutely do.
I’m beyond happy with my purchase and will come back for more. Everything about this experience has been super, super, super good. Highly recommend to anyone who loves quality and heart in what they wear!
The only tiny downside is that the 528 Hz sweatshirt is only available for women and not for men. But that’s not a criticism, just a small suggestion.

Other than that, I wish the company continued success — and I truly hope that everyone out there who buys a sweatshirt here will be as happy with theirs as I am with mine.
