their parts are good but forget about getting thru to them on the phone they are the worst. Jegs, summit, speedway all answer their phones.

Ordered directly from company. Put valvecovers on my chevelle ss 1974 with a stock 402 engine. Car backfired and the valve covers blew out. Never inn50 years in the auto business have I seen such a thing. They are cheap thin steel. Called the company and they want me.to pay shipping and will let me know what they want to do. Customer service representative became rude and belligerent and hung up on me. I will never order from them and hope others realize the poor quality and service that a once reputable and good company has turned into. Shameful. I wish I could upload pictures of the metal ...

YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT ANYTHING . NO EMAIL RETURNS, PHONE CALL RETURNS , NOTHING !? THEIR QUALITY IS THRU THE FLOOR & I PERSONALL WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . RICHARD EDELBROCK WOULD BE ASHAMED OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HIS COMPANY!!!

They make a great product but refuse to answer their phone. I had a ton of questions regarding their pro flo 4 EFI and had to rely on forums to get my questions answered. I even put my phone on speaker and let it sit while I did other things and I finally got sick of the hold music after three hours and hung up.

I called the carburetor technical hotline to ask a few questions about the AVS2 carburetor that I just installed. In return, I got a series of half-baked, two word answers, many of which made no sense at all. Unfortunately, after holding for 45 minutes, I got the most disgruntled employee in the company's history. Why doesn't he just do us all a favor and quit? Make room for someone who takes pride in his or her work, why don't you?

Less than 200 miles on new build and Edelbrock lifter failed and trashed the cam. Clearly it wasn't spinning in the bore. All 16 fell right in and turned freely on assembly. Primed and used zink additive. Broke cam in as usual.1st time using Edelbrock cam and last. Iv been building engines for 41 years and 1st time this has happened.Sent them email with details and pics. No response.

Worst tech , they tell you anything to get you off the line , after average hold time of an hour!
I recently purchased two Quadra jet fuel line kits from Jegs, which were produced by Russell part of the Edelbrock group. The lines look fine, but the fittings are wrong. They don’t fit my Quadra jet I bitched to Jegs. They did nothing but sold me two more fittings, which I had to tell him what what was needed to adapt what I had, which is nowhere near the original design it was supposed to look like.. I called Edelbrock up several times, and got no answers. They could they give you to a voicemail of a clown that never calls back. The fittings are obviously wrong and Edelbrock could care less andproduct sold by Jegs could care less either if they’re wrong, Jegs And the Edelbrock group are 2 companies I will never deal with again. I’ll deallocal speed shops. And hose mfg companies and fittings locally. I’m in New York. We can get anything with American money. Trust me.! any Edelbrock group I two companies I will never deal with again I’ll do a local speech shops I’ll get my email and fittings locally I’m in New York we can get anything with American money trust me! See the pictures below of the mismatch of the fittings in the wrong size, but they meant for a different carburetor, obviously cause they don’t seal the same way as my Quadra jet it said and is one size too big for carb thread size! what’s become of the Edelbrock group! I wish I could show a picture of the mismatch fittings, but somehow the site hasn’t got an option for that’s
Update! 3 days since I called them and left a voice mail. Still NO RESPONSE!!
Tried to fire up my. Crusader marine 354 big blocks today that I installed their garbage gaskets and performer intake, had antifreeze leak. Discovered that even though I used same boots as Crusader that the tapped holes for thermostat housing in performer are not as deep as the GM OEM MANIFOLD! Who engineered this stuff for the Edelbrock group? Maeby 6th graders! I built my first engine at 12. My first 4 speed at 13 I’m 68. What I forgot about cars and racing the clowns have not even learned ! I don’t care how munch Cheeseburger on roadkill stokes Edelbrock a wiener , the products from this group are junk

Worst customer service ever experienced. They sell parts that do not fit and also do not supply the support the customer paid for. Stay far away from this company, better buy other manufacturers that care about customers and their products.

Horribly understaffed. Repetitive nerve racking music while holding with no option to leave call back number. Rather arrogant attitude if you ever get through. Not the same company it used to be.

Edelbrock should teach seminars on customer service. They are amazing. Thank you Vicki for your friendly and prompt help.

Bought a Pro flo 4 june 26. Waited 16 days to receive it which was no problem because I wasn't in a hurry. Opened the box the next day and realized the intake gaskets or rubber rings (ls3) were about a 1/2 inch too long for the rectangle ports. I had purchased the system through Jegs so I called them. 48th in the cue. Waited until I was 38th and hung up (about 30 minutes). Called later in the day and I was 55th in the cue so I just hung up. Called Edelbrock customer service the next morning and waited about 25 minutes for a guy (Matthew I believe) to answer. Explained my problem and he said they were all the same and he didn't see how that could be. After some back and forth we agreed for me to text pictures of the gasket at the port along with receipts etc. He said he would have to check with the warranty dept. ( then crickets.) I asked if he would call and let me know what they said and he said he would but his tone told me that he wasn't going to call. I waited about 24 hrs and called back to Edelbrock. On hold 1 hour and 16 minutes. A nice lady answered and asked how she could help. I explained my situation and no returned call and she assured me that she would pass on my info to Matthew when he got to work and either she or he would call me. You guessed it, no call from either a day later. I called Jegs the next day and waited an hour and 10 minutes for someone to answer (35th in the cue). A very nice lady (Carla) asked how she could help me. I explained my situation and after a short conversation we both agreed that due to my loss of confidence in Edelbrock because of their complete lack of caring about helping me that I should just return the Pro flo 4 for a refund, which I did and got a refund in just a few days. My problem now is that I had previously purchased a Pro flo 4 for an ls 7 build that I won't have running for awhile so my fear is that I'll get the same treatment if I encounter a problem with it. Such a shame that Edelbrock went from years of fantastic customer service to the worst that I've dealt with all because of them getting bought out by TCI. Dennis

I purchased the Edelbrock Pro Flow EFI and after chasing down the issues on why it won’t start we chased it back to a faulty distributor. The Edelbrock “NO Help Line” stated that I will have to send it back to them and will take 2 weeks to test it. They have the absolute worst Customer Service (if you can ever get through). I doubt I will ever purchase anything from Edlebrock again.

I got ahold of edelbrock customer service with a question about my pro flo 1 fi system. I was looking for the fitting to convert the fuel pressure regulator to a 6 AN fitting.l tried 3 times to explain to their rep what I needed. All 3 times he shut me down immediately, saying they have no information for their older systems, couldn't help whatsoever. And I should sell this perfectly fine system for scrap and buy a new one. Wow. Didn't expect that. If Edelbrock feels that way about their older systems that still work fine. Why would I buy another one? By the way I checked on Amazon and found the fitting in about 30 seconds. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EDELBROCK. THEIR REP WAS RUDE!!!

I have a 1969 428 pontiac motor in my 66 gto it has a edelbrock pontiac performance intake order a 2696 adapter for a square bore carburetor and the mounting bolts where to long the ones they have in the pack are 1 inch long, they need to be 3/4 inch long bolt bottomed out seems to.me if they made both parts they make sure the installation bolts would be right, called them no help.. ask how long had I been working on hot rods like that should make a difference on what they send that won't work... guy said go to tractor supply and buy the right bolt... really ... should the part come with the correct size mounting bolt... no then he said we have a direct fit carburetor... really... like I don't know what I'm doing I'm 60 years old been working on car since I was 14.. and sold car light duty and heavy duty truck parts for over 10 years and know more than he does... it's supposed to be about the customer and getting them going... but I see there all just like the government once they have your money your screwed...

Called and waited 35 minutes to speak to someone about a Performer Rpm 383 stroker engine that they still make I wanted to know about it and could I order a manual and would he answer my questions about dipstick model,header recommendations,oil filter capacity....etc, only to be told that "They've changed so much through the years." So you can't answer any questions about a motor you mass produced for 20 years? "I have other callers...click." And hung up on me Fuhgg Edelbrock you'll never get another dime, it's all old tech-overpriced anyway cheap Chinese heads are better quality!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! CHINESE child laborers are leaps and bounds better at pouring and machining..

I went on Facebook to voice my grievance as I am in a massive car scene in the Southeast and own a Shop and try to stay connected with others in the community I hear the reason for Edelbrock's downfall is Vic Jr's change in lifestyle and as a result investors are trying to keep Vic Jr's recent transformation and surgery into being a "Woman" 🤮🤮🤮 as "hush-hush as possible...I thought it was just a rumor.....Godless Heathens

The people at the Edelbrock Group, and specifically at Fuel Air Spark Technology (FAST), have zero interest in communicating with their customers after taking money for a part that they have no intention to ship. After spending 2.5 hours on hold waiting unsuccessfully to talk to someone, I later sent 5 emails over a 3 week period and nobody felt it important enough to respond. When I finally took my concern to social media, they cried to facebook and had my posts removed. They have all kinds of time to spam social media with photos of fancy looking cars while somehow trying to take credit for them, but no time to deal with customers once they have stolen their money.

They do not answer their phones. They are just not there. Trying to return an edelbrock product is a horrible experience.

there website has to be on of the worst I have come across. Take some of the money you charge for your stuff that is extremely expensive and invest it into a better customer experience. You might even get more sales.
