fast friendly great. fixed the problem faster then a lot of service support I dealt with. wished they all fix stuff as fast as this support team.and the website design is easy to use fast setup and looks way better then any shopify default themes by far.

Great customer support, very accomodating. Even did some custom code for no additional charge. Highly recommend.

I am new to building websites and I must say this is the perfect site you can use. They are so kind and the support is really good. 10/10 recommend!

The Ecom Solid it's honestly amazing, even for me that I'm not a Tech guy, the Team is very very helpful and most important they are available in real time so you don't need to wait a day before receiving help. I've been able to create the shop in very short time. Highly recommended.
Lumpy and Anna from the customer service are vey professional and nice.

Wonderful customer service and so easy to use software! You can build amazing websites with this theme! Thank you Anna for your amazing customer service and help!

Amazing theme!! You can build so much which won't make any other theme! It is like clickfunnels in theme style!

I needed to remove the whole footer section on my Cart page. The EcomSolid Team did a great job on accomplishing this task. Love the customer support.

The absolute best support I've ever received from any company ever. NOT an overstatement. If anything it's an understatement.

I can't believe how dialled in this companies support system is... for weeks, months, within 15-20 minutes I receive messages from a real support person.

Usually the same one which makes changes to the site so easy. Not only that but this theme and product is hands down the best website builder I've ever used. (Coming from wordpress, clickfunnels, wix, squarespace, and many others)

They've gone ahead and custom coded parts of my site that they absolutely did NOT have to do nor did I expect them too, they've gone above and beyond things that I've asked of them - and truthfully it's the best experience I've ever had with a product, company, and support system.

Thank you to the team at e-com solid, we'll be using your product and services for years to come building out our shopify stores.

Best Shopify theme, I love it and recommend to everyone

All star customer support team at Ecomsolid. Anna's service and support was just stellar and top notch. You can always count on the team for any fixes and definitely better than any other themes out there hands down.

For me the best page builder shopify. A lot of customization choices. And what about the super reactive customer service, especially Anna who answered all my little problems. I recommend Ecom Solid to all ecomercants.

Love Gempages and Ecomsolid page builders. Best value for building really effective ecommerce pages for conversion. As good as the tools are, the Customer Support team is even better. Super helpful, super patient, super nice people. Shout out to Anna and April!

The best theme ever! Has all the apps and addons you need for free. No need to install tons of additional apps that will slow down your website. The theme is the fastest out there for sure. Amazing customer support!

Really can't recommend these guys enough, brilliant tool and service. Anna from Ecomsolid was amazing, she followed up each-time and guided me through all the points in detail.

The EcomSolid theme/page builder has made designing our Shopify store infinitely easier and gives us the flexibility we need to create layouts that we just couldn't do with a basic theme. The result is not only a much better looking (and faster store) but also an improved conversion rate, thanks to the design but also the built in 'apps' for cross-sell and upsell.

Like ALL content management systems, it is not 100% perfect (I've used lots of the well known ones!) but their support is very professional and friendly and has always fixed issues for me.

Ecom Solid was a very important site for me to facilitate the creation of my sites. It makes it easier for us to create websites. There are a lot of inputs out there to make it more creative. They have a more friendly support team to help us. If you also want to create sites easily, install ecomsolid today. It will be a worthwhile decision for you. Thanks to Ecom Solid and the team

Hello, regarding the problem in the Menu everything is working perfectly. I would like to thank the entire EcomSolid team, you are truly incredible. Not only for the quality of the theme, which is indescribable for its beauty and function, but for the whole of the work. Effective service even when using the free version. Congratulations and thank you very much. You are amazing.

This is MASSIVE.
The possibilities are unlimited even more if you had Gempages to the addition. You can everything you want absolutely like you want to and that will become better and better I hope.
