EcomSolid Anmeldelser

The support for this theme is first class!!! Nina is super-helpful and spent a long time answering my questions. The theme is the best for the money in my opinion and it is great to have the help of the staff when I don't know how to do something. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ecomsolid theme has so much to offer it's insane.

It's easy to use and just in case you get stuck the customer support are extra helpful.

I've had 2 small issues and both times I contact Anna from support, she took the time to give me a thorough explaination with screenshots on how to rectify the issue.

Can't see myself ever changing to another theme now with their contact updates too.

Very helpful support team and very responsive. The theme price is also affordable compare to similar themes. Ive noticed frequent update of the theme, so far im happy and satisfied with EcomSolid.

Overall good customer service. Everything was fixed very quickly in a simple and understanding manner. Couldn't ask for anything more. Quick response time as well.

I have been in contact with support with some changes in one of the EcomSolid themes. Really good support with very short turnaround time for the updates. The support team understood directly what I was looking for and made the changes more or less directly. Couldn't be happier.

Support is remarkable. They helped me in a very professional way and I'm more than thankful for that. I texted with Lumpy about my concerns and Cherry did the magic behind it. She made some custom coding for me and did everything I asked for. This is the kind of support I am really happy to write a review for. Great job Lumpy, Cherry and EcomSolid!

Currently an excellent tool for those who want a fast and professional Ecommerce.

This app has helped me create better stores than I ever imagined. So many features to use all built in to the app so you don't require more apps to slow your store down. Don't have to make complex coding for unique pages. The support team is amazing ,Nina is on hand and has resolved all are issues. You can even make request for specific pages to be shown on different devices and they sort everything out. We will be using it for more stores moving forward. They are also updating sections and building new features for us!

Love their theme. I was using the Debutify theme & later I switched to it.
I just love the layout. I can customize as I want. Their direct headline writing, drag & drop features are unique amongst all.
Customer support is really keen to solve our problems.
5 stars from my site!

There is nothing I don't like.

I deliberately titled my review Best App on Shopify, because EcomSolid isn't just the best theme/page builder, it really is the best deal in the Shopify App Store. The quality and versatility, and, above all, simplicity of the software allows you to take full control of your Shopify operations without any knowledge of coding. I found that this is much better than just buying a theme, because it comes with tech support that can help you accomplish pretty much anything. Not dealing with multiple Shopify Experts is a huge bonus. I want to specifically mention Anna from their Customer Service team. She has been reliably there for any customization and trouble-shooting requests, and it has been incredibly smooth and productive. To sum up, I highly recommend EcomSolid!

Super awesome and helpful. I was able to solve all of my problems thanks to the help from the Ecomsolid support team.

EcomSolid is an fabulous theme that you can use to create professional looking websites. What makes it even better is the support team who works on improving their theme every day and also cater to your specific issues or customizations. They are a really friendly team who would always give their 100% to ensure your satisfaction. I highly recommend using this theme.

I think this EcomSolid is the best platform I used to build beautiful websites. Also the customer support is excellent. I recommended it 100%

EcomSolid is the perfect theme for us! After searching for weeks for a new theme we stumbled upon EcomSolid. We wanted to have a lot of room for customization, and EcomSolid offers that. Having this much room for customization is something you won’t find in other themes.
Our loading time and Speed Scores improved a lot since we’re using EcomSolid.
Oh, and their customer service is awesome. No vague answers that send you to a FAQ page that won’t help you. We had a certain design issue and they fixed it for us, and very quickly. And we weren’t even on a paid plan then.
We’ll be using EcomSolid for a while, that’s for sure!

The guys here at Ecomm Solis are awesome!

Overall EcomSolid is a great resource to utilize. And their customer support cares about their clients, and work hard to fix issues. Only thing that could be a hassle is the time difference, but it's to be expected. Great choice to build designs.

Very, very good service. Flexible theme :)

The company works seriously and very well, the support is sensational. I had a little problem but as soon as I got in touch they quickly solved it. I recommend Ecomsolid 100%!

I had some issues, I was pissed off because I had to launch my website on time, but I need to understand that things like this could happen, so I change my review because the support from Anna is top-notch. The theme is good and I hope they can keep improving it.
