My experience with Ecologi was smooth, and straightforward. After doing some online research to find a good way to offset the carbon of my upcoming air travel, I chose Ecologi and am glad I did!

Continous price increases and now just…
Continous price increases and now just massively decreased amount of trees planted under workforce action plans by 60%! They use inflation as justification but that was the reason last time which was fine and since then inflation has been going down considerably.
As they are a for-profit organsiation it seems they want to make their investors rich rather than for the greater good.
We no longer recommend any businesses to use this!

We do understand that this price increase will be difficult to adjust to for many of our customers, and we would not be changing our prices unless it was absolutely necessary to ensure the longevity of Ecologi as a platform for driving positive climate impact.
We are very aware of the financial pressures individuals and businesses are facing at the moment, and that's why we made the decision not to increase the price of subscriptions, but to instead decrease the number of trees each subscription funds.
We believe this was the right decision as it ensures that our community members continue to be able to fund excellent reforestation projects at a price that works for them, rather than asking them to part with more money every month.

Seems to me ecology & Borg.com have a scam going on
What is going on here I haven’t a clue, I followed a link from Burg.com I was trying to buy a denim Barn Coat, which Burg came up on the web page as having exactly like I wanted, but it simply is impossible to purchase the jacket as one is forced into a link to Ecology website and it’s impossible to get out of your site to move forward to make a purchase from Borg.com. Is this a scam, I wonder? I think so.

It seems like many funds flow into overhead/marketing/influencing. Also, the payment options are limited, which is a hassle for non-UK users. Please make PayPal or debit/account available.

Modern and sleek interface to compliment business branding
I have recently launched Ecologi accounts for a number of businesses. The key selling points for me were the API access for automated free planting actions via my website for each order made, as well as the UX, presentation and branding that Ecologi features which makes for a great experience if any of my customers visit my forest.
