Best none electric dog collar
The collar unlike others has no prongs which can be very uncomfortable for the dog, Once you have adjusted to the desired settings they can be locked which is very useful,
My dog has started to respond to some commands immediately.

Great Customer Service to go with great products
Had no issues with my order with was delivered promptly. Loved the product so much I ordered some spares and a couple of accessories. All my questions and queries were answered and they even called to clarify. I've recommended them to a friend who are going to order too! Very happy customer.

Product was dispatched and arrived in a very timely manner and item was exactly as ordered.
Communication from seller was however zero. No confirmation of purchase, dispatch of order or estimated delivery offered.
Something to perhaps consider when spending in excess of £250+ and the only reason to give a 3 star rating here.
