I have very bad training experience with eco driving institute instructor salji ram he did not teach me any thing when ever I asked something about driving idea or tips he is shouting with me he only wasted my valuebale 2 hour time he is always looking his Facebook and chatting with someone at my training time please guys don't ever choose this saljith ram he will only waste your time be careful when are you going to choose your instructor hope this eco driving institute management will check and give him good training this saljith ram instructor is worse attitude in the world I will never forgive this guy😡😡😡

I am strongly recommending never ever think to join this institution. The outside worst institute in Dubai. It has been 1 year they are not providing the licence the class waiting period is 2 months.
The head office is in Dubai industrial city. You have to spend whole day for 1 day training. Requesting RTA to cancel the institute licensing permit.

Got my license from Eco drive! Big thanks to Jonela Tabuan for her dedication, patience and mastery not only in driving but also in sharing her knowledge! Such a wonderful learning experience with her!

I have many to say, first of all it's about the tutor ankush, he is a dedicated instructor, the driving sessions were absolutely professional and he could build a confidence and better driving skills in me. Also help to book the classes & test schedules. And thankful for the support & guidance.

I have a very very pathetic experience with this institude . I have been on stuck mode as always there is an issue with their systems they are always down I am unable to book my classes on time such a pathetic customer service agents I wanted my class to book on sunday I called up the eco they were unable to help me I approached their office but same didn’t get any proper response I have been told that system is down we cannot book for you wait 2 3 hours I have waited for the whole day but the guy in mirdif branch changed the statement and said as per him Mr bel bashir (RTA)l Supervisor) said that sunday slots are for the cooperative like seriously I have called RTA directly they didn’t tell me anything about cooperate and consumer thing they clearly told me there is no such compensation for cooperate like this how you treat people who waste their whole day to come to jabel ali and you are treating us like this such a miserable staff and their service .I wouldn’t recommend any single soul for eco drive . I am here in the mirdif branch since morning but no solution you guys have , you just waste my whole day for this and didn’t come up with anything positive

I BEG EACH AND EVERY PERSON NOT TO JOIN THIS FRAUD DRIVING SCHOOL! EACH AND EVERY STAFF BEHAVES AS IF THEY OWN THE SCHOOL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR SALES TEAM MANIPULATES CUSTOMER BY SAYING THAT THE LOCATION WHERE THE TEST WILL BE CONDUCTED IS INDUSTRIAL ,THEREFORE NO TRAFFIC AND IT'S EASY TO PASS . THE PLACE IS IN Jebel ALI WHERE THERE IS NO RTA TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE. FOR THAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE ECO DRIVE BUS PRODIVDING. (ECO DRIVE BUSES COME EVERY 4 HOUR . SO IF YOU HAVE A CLASS AT (9:00AM) You'll HAVE YOU CATCH A BUS ON (5:00AM) WHICH WILL TAKE ABOUT 1HR 30 MIN TO REACH Jebel ALI FROM ANYWHERE IN DUBAI IF YOU MISS 5AM bus THEN THE NEXT BUS IS AT 9 AM WHICH WILL DROP YOU AT ECO DRIVE ON 10 30AM. AND ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR CLASS , THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE BUS WHICH WILL DROP YOU BACK IN DUBAI BUT AGAIN ITS A MINI BUS WITH 24 SEATS AND THERE WILL BE MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE WAITING FOR THE SAME BUS AND WHO EVER BOARDS THE BUS FIRST GETS THE SEAT AND WHO EVER DOESN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT BUS WHICH WILL BE AFTER 4 HOURS ). THEIR SALES TEAM WHO MANIPULATES CUSTOMER INTO ECO DRIVE SAYS TO THAT THEY WILL HANDLE EVERY THING IF YOU JOIN WITH THEIR REFERENCE AND OF COURSE . AFTER YOU JOIN THEY START IGNORING YOUR CALL OR BY SAYING THEY ARE OUT AND CAN'T ATTEND THE CALL AND GIVES ECO DRIVE RECEPTION NUMBER AND TELLS TO CONTACT THEM AND WHEN YOU TALK TO RECEPTIONIST THEY START BY "HELLO SIR/MAAM HOW MAY I HELP YOU " SO NOW EXPLAIN THEM THE PROBLEM AND ONCE YOU ARE DONE THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AFTER LOOKING INTO THE MATTER AND AS YOU KNOW YOU RECEIVE NO CALL , SO NOW YOU CALL THEM BACK AND THIS TIME A NEW PERSON PICKS UP THE PHONE AND STARTS WHICH "HELLO SIR HOW MAY I HELP YOU " NOW YOU'LL HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE WHOLE THING TO THEM FOR JUST HEARING THEM SAYING "WE ARE SO SORRY SIR/ MAAM OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN AT THE MOMENT PLEASE CALL US LATER.(LETS TALK ABOUT PAYMENT. THEY HAVE INSTALLMENT PLAN WHICH THEY SAY THAT CAN BE PAID THROUGH ECO DRIVE APP WHICH IS GUU! IT DOESNT PROCESS THE PAYMENT AND JUST KEEPS LOADING AFTER GETTING YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ACCEPT THAT THE APP HAS NO JUST FEATURE AS PAYING THE FEES THROUGH APP ITS JUST A DUMMY SO THEYLL ASK YOU YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS SO THEY CAN SEND THE PAYMENT LINK FROM WHICH YOU CAN PAY . BUT THE CHALLENGE IS YOU CANT OPEN THE LINK TWICE IF THE LINK IS CLICKED ONCE! IT WONT START AGAIN IF YOU TRY TO OPEN IT . AND YOU'LL RECEIVE NO CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT OR A REFERENCE RECEIPT IN THIS PAYMENT LINK SO YOU JUST HAVE YOUR BANK STATEMENT OF PAYMENT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. SO ON 14TH APRIL I PAID MY INSTALLMENT FOR RTA YARD TEST AND SINCE THEN I AM TRYING TO BOOK MY RTA YARD TEST IT KEEPS CANCELLING OR I GET IGNORED OR JUST BE TOLD "OK SIR WE'VE BOOKED YOUR TEST ON 9TH OF MAY ". I CALLED THEM SAYING I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION ON THIS . THEY SAID ITS A NEW THING THAT JUST ECO DRIVE WILL RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATIONS AND I WILL GET IT WITHIN 2 -3 DAYS ON WHICH I DID NOT AGRUE. BUT AFTER FEW DAYS ON 19TH OF APRIL THERE WAS A HEAVY RAIN IN UAE AND ECO DRIVE WAS CLOSED DUE TO RAIN . AFTER THE RAIN AND ITS IMPACT. I CALLED THEM REGARDING MY RTA YARD TEST AND THEY SAID "I CAN BOOK ON DATE 24TH OF MAY" . WHICH WAS MORE THAN 40 DAYS JUST FOR THE TEST DATE . I SAID THEM I'VE ALREADY BOOKED ON 9TH OF MAY THROUGH ONE OF THEIR AGENT . THEY SAID ME "DID YOU RECEIVE RTA CONFIRMATION,?" I SAID NO AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE RULE THAT SPECIFIC AGENT SAID ABOUT JUST ECO DRIVE RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATIONS. AND THEY SAY THERE IS NO RULE LIKE THAT , AT THIS POINT I WAS FURIOUS I BLASTED ON THEM ON WHICH THEIR RESPONSE WAS " ITS ALL DUE TO RAIN NOT OUR PROBLEM IF YOU WANT TO BLAME SOMEONE THEN BLAME THE ONE WHO DID RAIN" . SERIOUSLY WHAT THE ? THEY WONT ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKES AND THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT. THEY LIE AND LIE AND LIE! THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS AND FINALLY I GOT A RTA YARD TEST BOOKING LINK FROM ONE OF MY FRIEND. SO I TRIED TO BOOK MY TEST THE NEAREST DATE WAS (23 MAY ) ABOUT 30 DAYS FROM THEN. I DID NOT WAIT AND BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE A MSG SAYING "YOU HAVE YOUR FEES PENDING AT ECO DRIVE,PLEASE PAY TO BOOK THE TEST" I WAS CONFUSED BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT. I TRIED CALLING ECO DRIVE AFTER A FEW MINUTES A AGENT PICKS UP I SAID HER THAT WHAT IS IT ABOUT THE PAYMENT Pending IN ECO DRIVE . SHE SAYS " YES YOU HAVE A AMOUNT OF 2400 PENDING TO PAY . I SAID THEM I PAID ON 14TH OF APRIL . SHE SAID " THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAYMENT ON THEIR SERVER" I TOLD HER THAT I PAID WITH THE PAYMENT SENT BY THEM AND THEY SAID TO PAY AGAIN. I WAS CONFUSED I THOUGHT MAYBE THEY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED OR SMTHING BUT WHEN I SAW MY BANK STATEMENT IT WAS ALREADY PAID. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN AND SAID THEM ABOUT THIS . THEY SAID ME "THEY WILL LOOK INTO THIS AND CALL ME BACK WITHIN 5 MINS " IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 1 hours now in which I decided to write this review about them . It has been a terrible experience at eco drive

If you take driving classes I recommend Jonela Tabuan. She is the best instructor ang you can easily learn from here. She is a trusted instructor.

One of the worst experiences in my life, very bad experience, very bad service. Worst driving school in Dubai, they will fail you so many times so they can earn more money.

You need to waste more then half day to go there and finish class, also pick up and drop of buses every 3 hours, main office to far. In hot weather they even don’t have sits you have to stay outside, some instructors are nervous and unprofessional. Anyway I’m so sorry for myself and my time and money, which I payed.

When I registered my file they said all class will be in Satwa bus station area, after I got I need 6-7 hours to go to main office.

Waiting the parking test RTA more than 1 month cause no one is capable to do his work correctly. They asking to wait, maybe to book test we re needed 10 years ?????

There was nothing wrong with me, there was no mistake, yet I was filled. Why? Jibran Amjid Examer..no my mistake You can also ask the person who took the exam with me. There was nothing wrong with me, they still failed me..🙇🙇🙇 but no problem. .Allah is Watching 💔💔💔💔

I am shy to give even 1 star. Those who needs license within 3 months I recommend don't prefer eco drive at all....location is too far,satffs are not supportive, you will not get schedule for class or test. Worst Worst worst

Worst driving school in Dubai, they will fail you so many times so they can earn more money. Even with a very minor mistake. They will fail you. They will say this is not my business else i will pass you. Where infact they only want to get more money from you.

Really poor service, every time while trying to book RTA road test on weekend their e wallet showing empty. I lost my slots more than 3 times and again I have tk wait 1 to 2 weeks. Really not acceptable.
