I am so very greatful to Rebecca for her assistance with my install of eco4 grants loft insulation, trickle vents extractor fans and new combi boiler. Very professional service and great communication through out. The workmen were clean polite and very efficient. Can't thank them all enough.

Quick easy and efficient.
Connor initially made contact and explained fully what was required and helped giving support and always in contact to ensure everything was correct. Harris was the second person to assist and both were very supportive and ensured everthying ran smoothly.

I spoke to Connor who was very helpful and polite. He definitely got the wheels in motion very quickly. I was amazed how simple it all was obviously these people have great contacts absolutely ecstatic with how it all materialised.

Eco4 energy saving

Dear Sirs,
I would like to thank you and your company on behalf of myself and my wife for sorting out the grant to exchange our 40year old gas boiler.
The guys you sent to us where extremely polite and carried out their work in a very professional manner. Clearing up all the mess and leaving our home spotless.
We cannot believe the difference in savings, as our old boiler was costing us approx £3.50 a day just to have 2hours of hot water. The new boiler is £0.81 and hot water at the turn of a tap. It would take us 20mins plus to fill a bath and now just a couple of minutes. Having to give up work as a construction director due to I’ll health this was one of our biggest outlay in costs and worry as our old boiler was so expensive to run we couldn’t use the central heating.
We thank you so much for what you have done for us and sending such wonderful tradesmen.

I was very impressed with Connor and his team. They all worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to meet and deal with. Connor co-ordinated everything superbly and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process. The team that undertook the works arrived punctually and completed all of the works without any issues or delay.

It was a bigger job than l first thought, but now it’s all done, l am very happy. Obviously l haven’t had the heating on yet with the warm weather, but it tested well. l still can’t not believe it was all free, so for me it was well worth the upset. Any issues or worries l had was dealt with by the representative Joe Taylor most efficiently,which gave me confidence in the programe

I contacted Eco4 after finding them on Google, they got back to me the next day (Saturday) and arranged a survey for Monday. The survey confirmed our eligibility for loft insulation and a replacement combi boiler, and the install was conducted by an approved partner the following Monday and Tuesday. Eco4 liaised with us throughout the process and were helpful and informative. To be honest I was very sceptical that I would get completely free insulation let alone a replacement boiler, and have to pinch myself to believe it is true, as we have only owned to house for a couple of weeks! If you are eligible then do not hesitate to proceed with Eco4. Thanks guys!

I recently had my boiler replaced by this company, and I am extremely impressed with the entire experience. From the initial inquiry with connor who was brilliant from the offset to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication.

The team was punctual, well-organised, and worked seamlessly to complete the installation in just one day. Their workmanship was of a very high standard, and they took great care to ensure everything was installed properly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail—not only did they do a fantastic job with the installation, but they also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving no mess behind.

Since having the new boiler installed, my home has been significantly warmer, and the heating system runs much more efficiently. It’s made a noticeable difference in both comfort and energy usage.

I got solar panels and heat pump bills are still high after a year tried to contact them half of my solar panels are in constant shade and the other half are good . I have been wanting them moved to another part of the roof so I can get the full use of green energy

I had a new central heating system put on I’m taking all the old central heating which it was air pump and very old I first dealt with Rebecca Eco for heating and she was really helpful and understanding she did help all the way until it was finished with any questions I had. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend to anyone that needs done thank you Rebecca and team.

My folks had the solar panels and air-source heat pump installed and their energy bills have gone through the roof! £53.13 for one week alone for a retired couple in a 3 bed terraced house! One room is warm, the rest of the house is chilly. They have tried to contact their installer and no one has ever been available to speak to. Once they suggested that we should contact our own electrician. This is an absolute con in our experience.
