Excellent service.

Have ordered two booster boxes now over the Christmas period and was delivered promptly. Well packed and very good communication with tracking number. I recommend.

Best place for TcG!

Great company! Only place I order my dbs tcg! Have ordered multiple times and if there’s ever any issue with your order they always ring you which you don’t get from most other places.

Happy Pokémon cards bulk purchase :)

Very happy with my purchase! Came in just over a week (despite all the strikes and issues) and packaged/sealed very well without much excess (bonus). Issues had with delivery but that's the courier's fault, not the folks over at Eclipse Cards. Will be purchasing again for my next bulk order!

The costs turned out a lot more…

The costs turned out a lot more expensive than what I thoughts. 15.00 for shipping was too expensive as it went by Royal Mail and not courier. We also had to pay customs duty which was another 20.00 euro
I know that brexit had to do with the duty But it makes buying from a uk site expensive

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry that the experience with the postage was not as you expected and to your satisfaction. We understand that high postage prices followed by customs charges are never fun for customers.

Currently, the only international postage method we offer is with Royal Mail International and the price that was calculated for you was based on the weight of the item. Unfortunately, the price with Royal Mail is always rising, and as you mentioned Brexit clearly didn’t help the situation. The postage price and the shipping method via Royal Mail International should have been made clear to you on the Shipping section page at checkout as you should go through a selection screen. We do also have more information on our shipping process on our delivery page (https://eclipsecards.com/pages/delivery). In this section, we also point out that custom charges may apply and the responsibility for the payment of these charges lies with the customer. We have taken your feedback and have now added our shipping policy directly on our checkout page in the footer so it is clearer for customers in the future. This should also make it clearer for customers that customs will apply so that they are aware that they may face additional costs.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any other courier service at the moment as most of our sales are UK based. This is why the only choice presented to you at checkout would have been Royal Mail International. The only exception is if the weight of the item exceeds 2kg, in which case we have to find an alternative manually which is usually more pricey. We understand that high shipping prices are never great for customers like yourself. With the prices of Royal Mail rising we will use your feedback as a learning opportunity. We will try and find alternative suppliers that can offer fairer prices. This will hopefully allow different speeds and prices to meet the needs of potential international customers in the future!

Silver Tempest Release Day

I was looking for a place to pre order the latest Pokemon set and it turned out that Eclipse Cards had the cheapest prices for pre ordering the set compared to anyone. Customer service was amazing and very responsive, I spoke about wanting a product for my sealed collection and was reassured that they will protect the box thoroughly for postage. It also arrived today on release day, so thank you for such an unforgettable experience but in a good way. Will be looking forward to ordering again from you in the foreseeable future. Purchase with confidence 10/10

I and the kids love eclipse cards for a wide selection of our favourite tcg card games, reasonable prices and great offers/sales, top notch services and communication, but most of all reassurance that the products are looked after from start to finish. 👏👍 thank you
