The website is a little hard to navigate, and descriptions could be more clearly stated. I had some trouble identifying the correct voltage converter to use with my light kit. Service has been great since I got the order placed.

Great company! I ordered a battery charger for our golf cart. I received a phone call acknowledging my order and it shipped same day. The charger was a great improvement over our original manufacturer unit. It chargers and maintains full charge while you are away. Great for our weekend cabin. Our golf cart miles per full charge went from about 7 miles to more than 30 miles. Very happy with purchase.

For weeks, I was trying desperately to get an LED light kit for my golf cart. Every website said it was out-of-stock. I reached out to eCart Parts and they told me that they would call their distributors to see what they could do. eCart Parts called me back later that day and was able to secure all of the parts in the light kit from different suppliers. A few days later, the parts that make up the light kit arrived in 2 separate packages. I CANNOT say enough about eCart Parts. I am giving them 5 stars, but if I could...I would give them 100 STARS.
