Being in a hurry I ordered on line
Being in a hurry I ordered on line. I was already signed up and was offered to redeem my points. Everything not only went fast but also easy. The mirror I ordered was also purchased on a previous order. The quality was really good and vibrated less than all others I have seen or tried. Thus ordering another ACC-1026 was an easy decision for another cart.

This company does nothing..BUT.. provide great customer service with prices that are very reasonable. They went BEYOND my expectations, offered suggestions based on cart and wheel size.
They did what they told me they would do, kept me in the loop and provided FAST delivery. Their personnel are exceptional and they do CARE about your COMPLETE satisfaction. Not everyone can be pleased all the time, but I'll bet this company WILL go out of its way to please YOU!

1994 EZGO Medalist Restoration
I ordered some parts for my 1994 EZGO Medalist restoration. eCarts Plus made it easy to do so. I received my parts quickly. The parts were exactly as I ordered. I will likely order more from eCarts Plus in the future as I complete this project and probably find another cart in need of some TLC.

You ordered on a Sunday at 10:52 am and also emailed at the same time wanting a delivery date and then emailed again at 4:00 pm on Monday. Our system sent you tracking at the end of the day on Monday with the tracking numbers. So we truly need to know what is "average communication"?
