I did even not order from the site, but I am giving it a 1 star anyway for how sketch it is. DO NOT RUIN YOUR 2022+ AND ORDER FROM THIS SITE. If you don't believe me, just look past the deluge of fake 5-star posts (that were totally not Google translated and obviously written by real users) and gaze upon the shipping tab in the reviews. They hold your payment hostage while demanding over twice the money of your order for "shipment". If this company were on the NYSE, I would buy puts on margin. Honestly makes Wish look like a quality business.

I was a bit anxious because i had read some negative reviews and scam warnings. When a surplus weight charge arrived and delayed the shipping I emailed support and got an immediate response reassuring me that everything was ok. Once the item was shipped (i chose FedEx), the tracking was impeccable every step of the way. It arrived on the projected date, within 2 weeks, even though they included Christmas and New Year bank holidays. Perfectly packed and easily assembled. Very happy.

Very satisfied with the service, exactly the product I ordered and arrived safely to the UK.

I have had a pleasant experience every single time I have shopped with ebuy7. The customer service is great and responsive. They always work to fix the issue you're having.

Excellent service. My questions were all answered and quickly. Most helpful, prompt and friendly service

I am satisfied with ebuy7. I was in good contact with the sales department to get exactly the product I needed, and shipment was good with just a little delay. I am happy !

Thanks

I am delighted with the product. The books I ordered are of high quality and arrived very fast. The customer service was excellent too.

Very excellent service and complete website has everything for buy and with the safeguard shipping guarantee receive your products

Excelent product, came earlier, well wraped and with a little additional gift.
Thank you ebuy7!

Great and prompt communication. I have emailed them a couple of times to verify the order and every time they responded promptly. They sent photos of the products to make sure I’m satisfied with the condition before shipping. Shipping is very fast. I’m very happy with the products which arrived this morning.

They contacted me to check the machinery model I had, to make sure they were sending the correct item.
to top it off, they sent an extra one of the two items I had purchased.
The item was sent within a day, so delays were not caused by this vendor. Excellent service, very courteous!

I couldn't be happier about the product quality, the price and the shipment time! I highly recommend ebuy7.com to anyone! Keep up the great work!

They messaged me saying I had to pay a shipping fee which was very expensive. I asked them to cancel my order I have not received my refund it’s been a month. They are also ignoring my messages. They communicated with me via WhatsApp and did not bother to reply back. Fraudulent and disgusting

This is an awesome seller. I will purchase from them again.

I am very happy with the site and the products.
Very good service.

This is the worst website and a scam. I bought $530 dollars worth of goods ( Foam Glue for RC plane parts). They gave me a false tracking number. When I enquired they said they got the wrong address . SO they gave another tracking number. This tracking number was never located by Australia Post.
Do not use this website. You will lose your money.

ON-time delivery and goods received same as the order
