Great experience overall. My order was shipped smoothly and everything arrived safely and on time, with high-quality products that matched expectations.

I also really appreciate the support team — they even helped repack and resend a parcel that was returned due to EU regulations, and in the end everything still got delivered without issues.

Quality products and quality service! Was hesitant at first but was pleasantly surprised when receiving my order, the customer service support were efficient and friendly as they were helping me track my order. Did take some time for the delivery to arrive but was nonetheless satisfied with the product and service.

I was initially hesitant about using ebuy7.com because it’s not as well-known as some bigger agents, but I’m really glad I gave it a try. I ordered several niche electronics and accessories (including thermal pads and some hard-to-find PC components) that I couldn’t easily get elsewhere, and the whole experience was surprisingly smooth.

Dreadful service. Tracking number does not work. I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery. Nobody replies to emails or WhatsApp messages. Won't buy from them again. Supposed to deliver in 5 days on express delivery. I will contact my bank about a refund.

This website amazed me, I thought it wasn’t real. I placed my order and couple days later customer service reach out and let me kno they are putting the order together. From the order time to the time I received it was exactly 14days. Which is great. The product are authentic and verified. I love ebuy7 and will definitely shop again.

I've purchased from them several times without any problems. The support seemed efficient (despite the time difference) and reassuring. However, with my last order, I was literally scammed, and unfortunately, I realized it a little late, and PayPal couldn't help me. Needless to say, support kept me on standby for over 10 days, constantly contacting me daily, where I explained the "problem" with the items, which were being sold as something completely different. Despite having provided them with videos and all the evidence proving the items were fake (or rather, item X sold as if it were Y, simply by re-labeling it and passing it off as such). Bottom line: I was both scammed by the seller and fooled by them, who refused to refund me. So always pay with PayPal and absolutely do all the necessary tests on the items as soon as you receive them. Don't trust them, but try everything!

Сайт не является мошенническим в привычном понимании. Расскажу свою историю и по ней будет понятна вся суть данной площадки в 2026 году. В первую очередь платформа нацелена на торговлю внутри Китая, это можно понять по обильному количеству отзывов на китайском языке, к тому же гугл хрум почему-то автоматически мне их перевёл на английский. Нашёл я товары, которые на aliexpress стоят в 3 раза дороже, добавил их в корзину и проверил сколько же будет стоить доставка в мою страну. Система и сумма доставки работает не за все предметы вместе, а за каждый предмет отдельно, даже если это товары от одного продавца. На первый товар выдавало доставку примерно 4.70 евро, на каждый последующий примерно 2.50 евро. Не важно сколько стоит и весит товар, сумма начисляется за каждую единицу. Это максимально странно и несправедливо по отношению к покупателю. Общая сумма состоит из: Доставки по Китаю(видимо со склада до таможни, или службы доставки), доставки в страну откуда вы заказали товар. Но дело в том, что стоимость доставки в вашу страну не окончательная, после оплаты примерно два дня заказ будет обрабатываться, а потом на почту придёт письмо счастья. Мне прислали такое сообщение на почту - Thank you for your order! We noticed that your order #202606... requires an additional shipping fee due to the parcel's weight or volume. Получается я заказал на сумму €15.13 + за доставку по Китаю €0.63 + за доставку в мою страну €6.70 и после их пересчёта я им якобы должен заплатить ещё €9.69, так как у посылки перевес. Вес товара указан на сайте якобы 1 килограмм, хотя там от силы грамм 350-400. Естественно я отказался от такой прекрасной возможности, заплатить за доставку больше, чем стоит сам товар. Тех поддержка мне ответила, что такой вес указал поставщик, на что последовал ответ с моей стороны, что для такого веса, упаковка должна быть деревянная, потому что даже картон не добавит 600 грамм к весу двух маленьких деталей. Запросил отмену заказа и возврат средств, прошло 2 дня, жду возврата. Буду держать в курсе как всё пройдёт. А пока не советую там заказывать, так как идёт наглая накрутка веса товара, покупатель должен платить за доставку каждой вещи отдельно, даже если она от одного продавца ну конечно лотерея со стоимостью доставки.

i bought contact lens from ebuy7 and they come in great condition. one time i had a problem with the payment, i emailed them. they reached out to me on that day and handled it very well.

I ordered Yumeijing Children’s Cream (郁美净 儿童霜) from this website, as it was the only shop I could find that stocked this product and shipped to the EU.

After placing my order, I received an email a few days later asking me to pay the shipping fee. Once that was done, I got confirmation emails and was informed that my order had been shipped.

About three weeks later, the package arrived safely in Denmark, with no issues at all. Everything was exactly as described, and the product arrived in good condition.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would order from this website again😊
