Beautiful hand made jewellery
In the summer I saw Ebor on Country File. So I went up to Whitby from Cambridgeshire. Whilst there I purchased a jet pendant. The jewellery is hand made on their premises. I decided I would like some earrings to match I knew how lovely everything is hence my recent purchase.

The only criticism I'd have is the packaging it came in was not that great.
The paper envelope was all torn apart.
Luckily the postman checked with us that all the contents were present before we signed for it.
For the cost of the necklace I would have expected it to arrive in a postal box rather than an envelope.

Hi Deliah, thank you for your review, glad to hear you like the necklace, hope the extra note as requested went down well too. I am obviously concerned about the condition of the package on arrival, the packaging has proven to be both popular and durable upto now so i will be looking into why it sustained so much damage,especially using special delivery service. If you did by any chance take a photo of the damaged packaging that would be really helpful too, if you could email me a copy.
I have also taken time to follow up your concern over the postage fees and can reassure you that you were charged £6.80,our standard Uk special delivery cost ,certainly not £8. Hope this at least offers some clarity on that concern. Thank you again for your feedback on the packaging, we really appreciate it and helps us improve our service .As a small family business we certainly appreciate your custom and hope we can be of help again in the future.

Quality jewellery
Last year one of my sisters bought me a beautiful locket for my 60th Birthday from Ebor Jetworks & i loved it. So this year when my other turned 60 it was no brainer. The pendent i bought her was beautiful. Worth every penny & more. Delivery was quick. Highly recommend.

Jet mourning locket
I found this shop after looking for a mourning locket for my sister. It's a simple contemporary design and perfect for storing a photo and hair, not too heavy either. I made a perspex window for each side which was the only thing lacking. The seller's communication was excellent and the price included special delivery. I would definitely recommend and am waiting for the smaller locket to come back into stock.
