Their website is the absolute worst I’ve ever used. Finding it impossible to place an order tried contacting customer service what an effing joke. I will never place an order with them again!!

TLDR: An Eaze driver was sexually inappropriate with me. I reported it and asked for someone to reach out to me. Eaze did not follow through and denied my request to speak to someone.

Why haven’t I received direct communication regarding an incident with one of your drivers?

On 9/11/2022 Jermand delivered my order. He came to the door reeking of cannabis (the smell lingered after he left). As I was checking out, he kept leering at me and turning his head away (like he was trying not to). I was supposed to get change and didn’t. I gave him a $5 tip and after he took my money he asked, “Do you have a man?” I immediately wrote Eaze letting them know what happened and asked for someone to reach out.

I received a reply that night from Moises H. adding $20 credit to my account and letting me know that the matter will be “escalated to the driver management team.” I asked to hear back from them. The $20 means nothing since there’s a $50 minimum and at least $20 taxes. This “gift” is requiring me to spend more money with Eaze.

On 9/16 I followed up asking someone to reach out to me. Katherine B. wrote me back saying that the report has been delivered to the department and the customer is no longer contacted because “the information is already available to ensure the internal process.”

My last follow up email to Katherine B was on 9/19 asking for a full refund of my order and a call or email directly from a manager. Katherine nor anyone has written back.

I’ve been an Eaze supporter since I worked in the cannabis industry in 2015. I remember doing cons with Eaze Brand Ambassadors while they were getting off the ground. I’ve been proud of their expansion and have recommended it to many people. I will no longer be a customer. I highly recommend finding another delivery dispensary whom takes sexual assaults seriously.

Absolutely worst cannibis delivery company to exist. No customer care or empathy. They won't accept my return to a product I found I was allergic to. They just tell me read the terms and conditions and says it's escalated and they won't return my emails. I found out I was allergic to oils in the pills I bought. Ended up in the hospital with a fat medical bill cuz I wasn't able to breathe. I don't have insurance and they won't refund me my purchase or offer a return or swap. Horrible to hold customers hostage to products they can't use.

I got a Jetty oil Pod I thought it was a cartridge, I can't use it on my 510 battery or stiiizy battery, they didn't even offer me a free battery since they never got a phone number to call for a exchange or my Money back cause this mistakes happen and I'm not perfect to see what was on your fuckng menu don't want to hear from your customers is not going to bring more people. Well Eaze gets a lot of people they can care less about customers feedback. Thanks to Eaze for not helping I had to buy the battery for it more $$ I had to spend thanks to careless lazy people that can't give me my hard working money or At least exchange my product like a Good Company would not ignore me like a dumb pos. Please look else where this Eaze company don't care only more $$. Not even give a free battery for it to say sorry nope

I used the eaze delivery service about six times and no more. They were LATE every time by hours. UNRELIABLE. What I'm supposed to wait for hours I have things to do. The very last time the product was just awful. Paid 80 for an 8th I couldn't stomach. Did they drop it in the toilet? Threw it away. I tipped them good and the service was terrible. Never again .

Should be zero stars. Shame - in my opinion the company started well. Then, like most gig companies, the service went down the drain. Drivers learned how to game the system, the corporate can only say ‘we are sorry to see you go’. I will never order from them again - wasted enough time waiting and waiting. My advice - ask your local dispensary - here where I live, a few of them started their own delivery services. Support your local business, not a bunch of losers in San Francisco!!! Shame for screwing up something good!

What a pathetic service. I gave them 3 tries, the order took over 3 hours to come every single time, when they announced 45-60 min delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Bunch of clowns.

delivery time was between 8 and 9 pm, after no arrival I had requested when my order would be here and the time was changed to after 10 pm. This was around 9:45. Received the notification that a driver was 25 minutes away and after 20 minutes, was told that my order I’ve been waiting on since 7 pm with no communication has been cancelled. Scam of a company. Just go to the dispensary, they actually care about their patients/customers

HORRIBLE customer service experience and “EAZE” is a joke of a name given all the time I’ve wasted trying to place an order only to have my account “suspended” with no explanation after I couldn’t answer a phone call they didn’t tell me they were going to make to “verify information” according to an email they sent that I couldn’t reply to. When I tried to cal the umber back, It wouldn’t even connect me to anyone. This was SUCH a waste of time. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We order from Eaze only because Clever Tree, an actually competent cannabis delivery company, closed. Eaze routinely takes hours to deliver, no matter how early you order, gives wildly inaccurate delivery estimates, and cuts it as close as they can to the legal 10 pm delivery cutoff. Tonight is the second time our order was cancelled past 10 pm and is the absolute last straw: we ordered at 5 pm, we were given a delivery estimate of 7:45 to 8:05 pm, then were sent a text at 9:45 pm that our order will be there in 15 minutes. We just now received a text, at 10:15, that our order will not be delivered. I understand if they have an overflow of orders, especially around the holidays, but taking five hours to deliver is ridiculous in itself—and giving us next to zero notice that they can’t even deliver an order placed a full four hours before their store’s ordering cut off time is inexcusable. Eaze is an unprofessional, dishonest, wretched sham of a company and I’m furious they’ve wasted our time to this extent this many times. DO NOT USE. You will be sorry.

Honestly, if I could give them a zero I would, and I would highly encourage anyone who is complaining on this platform to complain across multiple platforms including the BBB--seriously. This company is a repeat offender and is most consistent in business at being unaccountable.

I thought today, hey let me give them a chance, after 3 years, something must be better right?! Wrong.

This last issue is the reason why I am now sharing my feedback: I ordered from Eaze spending $393 for a delivery at 8:08PM on Saturday 3/20/21. The order was initially set to be delivered and was communicated to me to be delivered between 9:20 and 9:45, then the order updated with a time after 10PM, which was then confirmed by the customer service representative, that the order would indeed be coming after 10PM, which is not legally compliant. Then the order was cancelled, once everyone caught up to the fact that it was not legal---but this was only after I outreached personally to them. In addition to this negligence and misrepresentation, the customer service representative left the conversation after saying I was not "fully charged" for an order that never arrived. This is simply fraud.

Fraudulent. Negligent. Incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Hey all - quick PSA. Apparently when you refer your friends, their name and phone number (and who knows what else) get sold to some spam artist, and they will get weird spammy text messages day after day. Half are “eaze” related, the other half are mystery links to “URGENT” Amazon orders that “need to be reviewed.” Can’t say much about their service, but their marketing is trash and they need to be stopped.

I received an expired (exp. date printed on back) vape cartridge. The oil inside was separated and clearly looked rancid. Customer service reps had the audacity to tell me that this printed date wasn't an expiration date but a mere suggestion from the manufacturer and they would not replace the product. Why is this giant delivery service selling expired products and pretending like that's normal? This has the potential to be dangerous.
AVOID, GRASSDOOR HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and first time deals too!

The service is unreliable, orders can be canceled moments before delivery after you've been waiting. Live chat does not have the power to help.

Small credits can be issued for your inconvenience but they can't or won't do anything to help you get the order that was minutes from delivery before it was cancelled.

I wish they still cared about their customers, I'm afriad that those days are past.

Offered a $40 promotional credit for referrals who ordered before July 31, 2019, per their email:

"It’s summertime and we want to celebrate with you! For a limited time only, you can earn double the credit for each friend you refer who orders with Eaze Wellness. That's $40 for each friend that signs up and makes a purchase between July 17 and July 31."

My referral purchased an order prior to that date and it was delivered on August 1. I got the first half of the bonus, a $20 credit. When I contacted Eaze Wellness about the missing other half after a week, they said the order was not eligible because it was not *delivered* by July 31. That's not what their email stated. Customer service refused to help except that they'd relay my complaint about the misleading email to their "trust and safety team."

Eaze Wellness also has a tendency to remove products without warning. So if there's something you like, stock up on it, because their self-proclaimed best sellers may be missing a week later.

They get two stars because their shipping is fast and some of their products are affordable.
