I've been ordering from Eaze for over 2 years. My last 4 deliveries have been seriously delayed, one I had to cancel a dinner reservation because of it. I ordered today at 11:11am with an eta showing as 12:40. It's now 3:30 and they just now delivered it. I paid with my debit card. I was supposed to get $4 back from the driver as I paid the tip on their site. He processed my card and walked off. I have to have him come back with my change. I don't know what's changed. This used to be so easy and on time. Never again.

They trashed their employees because they unionized. Sold to new owner and hired all new unsuspecting drivers and order packers.
As a customer they suck too, real talk they take forever and charge super high fees.

I waited hours for my order only for them to tell me they were going to cancel it because they canceled the delivery because it was going to be after 10 PM. I ordered it well before 5 PM. This is the worst company ever. It’s my second experience with them and there will not be a third

Horrible company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will cancel your order with no explanation. I waited for over 2 hours only for them to cancel my order after all of the dispensary's in my area closed. Kept saying 5 minutes away and I even contacted support and they promised my order would arrive. I will never use this service ever again. This happens more often than not they are not reliable and do not care about their customers at all.

Several minutes later, i tried to check the status of the order and it wasn't there in my order history. After waiting a bit longer, i ordered again, got an estimate for about 30 min later.
Within another 10 min, I tried to check the status of the order but I had got logged out. Tried to log back in but 'email and password combination' didn't work. Fine, i tried resetting the password. I first tried the old password and it got rejected so i was definitely using the initially set password. After inputting a new password, i got a message that my account was suspended.
Wasted about 2 hours on this, never again.
Useless website and app, don't make the mistake to rely on them.

Placed an order today, 12/16/23. Received a text that order would be delivered in 2 hours. After 3 hours I did the online chat. They ended the chat after going back and forth for 20 minutes. Then all of a sudden, the order was canceled. This site is a JOKE!! It was a good sized order $135. Medmen was happy to that I ordered from them after this fiasco!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered at 1 and get an ETA of 3 o clock. At 3 I get a text saying my order should arrive at 3:55... I reach out to them at 4 and they said it would be another 50 minutes. I had to leave the house so I canceled and ordered again at 5:30. This time I get a eta of 6:30 then receive a text saying my order will arrive at 6:55-7:15... at 7:30 I reach out and they say that the driver is 50 minutes away, after 30 minutes I get a text saying that the driver is 41 minutes away.. then 20 minutes later they cancelled my order.
This company has absolutely no respect for people's personal time and is extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time ordering from here... literally
this service is so annoying
this service is so annoying. i've wasted so many hours of my life waiting for delivery that keeps changing times with what they had originally estimated/promised. my driver came early before the time (thought i had the time so went to walk the dogs quickly) and he left literally right when i got home MAKING ME WAIT 2 MORE HOURS for another order. another time they received my order, made me wait for an hour, then cancelled it last minute. if you can't follow through with the order you should notify IMMEDIATELY.

Customer service is non-existent. The only way to contact them is through "chat" and most of the time there's nobody online. If you have problems with your oder then "tough luck"
The only thing keeping them in business is the lack of competition in most areas. What a shame.

I ordered thru the app and waited for my delivery. When he arrived with the order, his machine had no service and couldn't charge me for the order and walked away. Said sorry. What a joke, and not a service I would use again.. Stay away!! Use another service.
Half-filled vape cartridges sold as full!
My ordering and delivery were fine. The driver delivered to my door. However, the four Circles vape cartridges I ordered were only half filled! Normally, four cartridges would last me at least three weeks instead of the one week it did. I contacted customer service who ended the chat prematurely twice. They stated that the half full was full and wouldn't accept the fact that the cartridges were not acceptable or let me speak to a manager. Terrible customer service. The product was pretty good except that they were only half filled.
