This service is just awful unless you’re a tech wiz. The user interface reminds me of America Online. Save your time and money if you care about value.

When I wanted to post on my blog
When I wanted to post on my blog, the site wasn't there anymore in my EasyWP App. All totaly dissapear.
I contacted support, who re-established the site as a special favour; usually, they charge the full price to do this, but I had 2 months left on my starter plan.
The confusion came because I transferred my domain and hosting from two other providers to Namecheap, which has a better price. Also, I had 6 domain names and 3 EasyWP hosting accounts, so I didn't remember which domain the main site was on... Now all is going as expected, and thank you for the support and the exception... I am more than pleased!

I just migrated my domain and hosting to namecheap and was stuck during the migration process, I contacted the support and everything was sorted with me.
Actually it took hours to resolve it and the support guy stayed with me till the end.
