for those who care about performance and SEO visibility.
From the start, I faced issues with DNS settings and domain connection delays. Page load times were significantly slow, especially on mobile devices, which negatively impacted performance scores on tools like Lighthouse.
The email service (PrivateEmail) did not integrate smoothly, and I had to manually adjust complex settings to resolve sending and receiving issues.
I also noticed a serious drop in search engine crawling despite properly configuring SEO with Rank Math, which affected my site's visibility on Google News.
Google Ads scripts further slowed down page loading, and there was limited flexibility to optimize or control the ad code placement.
Technical support was underwhelming — slow responses and mostly generic answers.
In summary: EasyWP may look simple and affordable on the surface, but it lacks the reliability and performance needed for professional or news-based websites.

Regarding the page load speed: while EasyWP provides a fast and lightweight hosting foundation, the actual website performance heavily depends on how the website is optimized. This includes the number and type of plugins used, theme efficiency, media optimization, etc. We understand how frustrating it can be to see slower speeds, but we can only suggest actions to help with optimization; we have limited control over site-specific configurations and third-party scripts.
As for the Rank Math plugin, for it to function properly, certain rewrite rules need to be added to the web server’s configuration file. Such changes can be temporary and may be reverted — which may explain the issues you observed. We’d be happy to check if this was the case for your setup.
We’re especially sorry to hear you found our technical support underwhelming. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. It’s always a good decision to contact us directly when such issues arise, as we can often resolve things much faster with the right context.

Speedy support and issue resolution
I made the mistake of not setting up my account for automatic deductions for a monthly plan I am subscribed to. I missed the deadline and lost my website. The team at EasyWP was able to reply to me as I filed my request to restore my site (via live chat) and after I made the appropriate topup, they restored my site for me with minimal effort from my end. Great host for your illegal content
I'm an independent author. Recently I came across a site, hosted by EasyWP reselling my work without the right to do so, along with direct copy-pastes of my own sites. It's blatant copyright theft & fraud.
Despite contacting EasyWP (Namecheap) and notifying them of this (sixteen times to date) no action has ever been taken against this account. They prioritize shielding scammers over the people being scammed.
As a Namecheap customer for many years (not for much longer) this is disappointing to say the least.
If you want to do business with a decent company look elsewhere. If on the other hand you are looking for a host for your website reselling illegal content, EasyWP is highly recommended.
Edit: In response to the reply.
"the matter should be addressed to the hosting provider"
Namecheap emailed me shortly after posting this reply, confirming that they were in fact the host. I had already confirmed this both with Namecheap & Cloudflare.
"update from our Team with instructions provided via existing ticket"
They finally sent a reply. In the reply they asked me to send the exact same information I had already sent 40 days ago.

My website seems to have been offline for a long time due to some kind of technical error at the EasyWp end. They have however been charging me throughout this period.
