Refuse ma carte de crédit car c’est pas au nom de ma réservation !
Il est 20h je suis avec mon bébé de 2 ans. J’ai un permis et une carte de crédit au même nom mais refus de changer le conducteur !!!! À fuir !!!! Demande 300 euros de supplément

WARNING!!! Do not rent a car here!! Our flight was late by 3 hours and therefore they canceled my booking, refused to give me my car and kept my money. Even tho they had our flight number and i called to inform them our flight was late. I even emailed discovercars. This is a real scam. I had to rent another car on site at a cost larger than the original sum i payed. The car i got was full of scratches, and when i returned after a weekend they tried to blame me for the scratches that the car already had when i rented it. Please give these people a bad review from me and everyone else they have scamed and rent your car somewhere else!!

Compagnia davvero poco seria, ti addebitano danni inesistenti sicuramente per compensare gli sconti che fanno per il noleggio dell'auto. Il personale è sgarbato, la mia auto era tutta ammaccata. Esperienza da mai più ripetere.

Ci hanno contestato un danno inesistente su un cerchione ed addebitato 250€ (nonostante aver pagato 219€ di coperture assicurative supplementari). Contestazione assolutamente pretestuosa. Compagnia da evitare come la peste

Esperienza del tutto negativa. Il personale ti spinge ad effettuare assicurazione aggiuntiva, nonostante le tariffe presenti on line sembrino competitive, in realtà è un trucco di marketing per acquirenti ingenui come la sottoscritta. Ho dovuto pagare con bancomat perchè la carta di credito era intestata alla mia società. Mi hanno chiesto 396 Euro,promettendo estensione garanzia e massimali in caso di danni e furto (non documentata da nessuna parte). Mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero inviato il nuovo contratto e la fattura ed io non l'ho ricevuta. Alla consegna del veicolo l'operatrice velocemente compila il modello segnando in rosso evidenze ammaccature su carrozzeria e graffi evidenti su parafanghi . Nessuna segnalazione graffi piccoli su cerchioni di plastica che alla mia consegna al termine del noleggio mi sono stati contestati. Un piccolo graffio su cerchione che sicuramente era pre esistente , piccolo come un 'unghia. Il personale che segna il "danno" compila un modulo in cui attesta che risulta presente un danno sul cerchione e che io non riconosco il danno. Immagino che le mie 200 euro versate come garanzia x eventuali danni, diventeranno ostaggio di questo approccio scorretto e ingannevole per frodare i clienti. Nessun operatore ha accettato di discutere, rimandando ogni questione alla direzione. NON USATE QUESTA COMPAGNIA. Scriverò anche all'aeroporto di Catania che accoglie organizzazioni per niente professionali e organizzate alla frode. VERGOGNA!

Do not rent with this company! Blatant scammers. We returned the car on time in perfect condition, and we received a charge for 308 euro extra without any explanation or signing anything. Now they won't respond to any contact requests.

MAFIA Scam company. One of the ways they make extra money, is by giving cars with extra scratches and pretending they are marked on the papers. After giving the car back, the same guy tells me that these are new scratches and not marked on the paper, while before that he said he did. Not to mention gas tank was almost empty and the guy tells me give it back with the same amount…. Extra way to finance your poor company??? My car was VW T-Cross. Back bumper. Avoid this ECH carshare. I can bet someone also had this car with the same scratch. They don’t answer emails or calls. I got enough time to sent them to the court, especially that young guy who was acting up, that he does not understand and keeps on with the lies. Police is already reported. Google maps deletes my comment. HORRIBLE!!!

Prix donné au comptoir 500€ plus chère que le prix du devis initiale.
Les cartes de crédit uniquement permettent de payer sur place pas les cartes de débit.
Impossibilité de payer avec une carte bancaire différente du nom du conducteur, c’est écrit nul part.
Pour se rendre à la société une navette es venue nous chercher mais après ce refus de payer plus chère et louer ailleurs, nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens pour retourner à l’aéroport qui se situe à 10 min de voiture pour trouver une autres location.

Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Ho noleggiato un’auto presso EasyCar Hire / ECH a Trapani e la mia esperienza è stata pessima.

Alla consegna del veicolo l’auto presentava già diversi segni visibili. Mi sono affidato alla verifica dell’operatore, che mi ha dato l’impressione che alcuni segni non venissero nemmeno considerati ai fini dell’addebito. Al rientro, però, è stato valorizzato un piccolo segno sul parafango posteriore sinistro, con successivo addebito di €169.

Il punto è che non posso confermare con certezza che quel piccolo danno non fosse già presente alla consegna, proprio perché il veicolo aveva già altri segni e perché la verifica iniziale non mi ha messo nelle condizioni di avere piena chiarezza. Ho firmato il verbale al rientro per presa visione della segnalazione, non perché condividessi serenamente la gestione dell’addebito.

Avevo anche acquistato al banco una riduzione di responsabilità, ma ho poi scoperto che non si trattava di una vera assicurazione e che il danno sarebbe comunque rimasto a mio carico entro franchigia.

Consiglio quindi massima attenzione: personalmente eviterei di noleggiare con questa società. Se proprio non avete alternative, fate foto e video dettagliatissimi di ogni singola parte dell’auto, anche dei segni più piccoli, prima di uscire dal parcheggio. Fatevi mettere tutto per iscritto, controllate ogni centimetro della carrozzeria, chiarite bene cosa copre e cosa non copre qualsiasi garanzia acquistata, e soprattutto non firmate nulla se non siete sicuri al 100%.

La mia impressione è che la procedura sia molto insidiosa per il cliente e che basti una minima disattenzione alla consegna per ritrovarsi poi con addebiti al rientro.

Esperienza negativa, gestione del cliente deludente e nessuna intenzione di rivolgermi nuovamente a loro.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. Shocking company. Avoid at all costs. Was accused of lying when I returned my car. Received no paperwork to close the hire then 16 days later they took money from my credit card without any correspondence or permission. Basically fraud. Please don’t be duped by the good rates. They are the worse company I have dealt with in Pisa

Nie wieder Easycarhire!
Weniger interessierte Mitarbeiterinnen habe ich an einer Übergabestation eines Mietwagenunternehmens noch nicht erlebt.
Kunden wurden stehen gelassen, mussten warten, wurden in Telefonwarteschlangen geschickt...alles in allem: missachtet!

Mi hanno fatto pagare un assicurazione aggiuntiva se anche ho avuto già una assicurazione e al rientro non mi hanno lasciato la ricevuta ne del check in del auto ne quella del sblocco deposito provi a contattare e presentarmi da loro e mi dicono che deposito viene sbloccato dopo 20 giorni ma è assurdo. fate attenzione sono dei truffatori

Unica sorpresa poco piacevole: ci è stato detto che non avendo un volo a chiusura del nostro periodo di noleggio dovevamo pagare una copertura assicurativa obbligatoria di euro 60 al giorno (che andava ad abbattere franchigie e cauzione obbligatoria con carta di credito). Ci siamo rimasti male perché sulla piattaforma DISCOVERCARS non era scritto nulla di tutto ciò.

Konden de auto al een uur eerder ophalen en wel gewoon dezelfde tijd inleveren. Eerst wat sceptisch ober de reviews maar top service.
Aan de balie ging snel.

Wel even goed rondje lopen en foto's maken.

Very disappointing experience.

We had a prepaid reservation but needed to change the main driver. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to both the rental company and Auto Europe before collection, nobody responded. Instead of simply amending the reservation or adding another driver, we were forced to make and pay for a new booking on the spot, losing the money from our original reservation.

We also purchased full coverage insurance, but only when returning the vehicle were we told that rims and windows were apparently excluded. This important information was never clearly disclosed during the booking process.

To make matters worse, the return inspection raised a claim for a scratch on a rim that was already present when we collected the car. We have video evidence proving this. The inspector even admitted that he could not properly verify the damage and said the matter would be passed to management.

The entire experience felt unfair and unprofessional. Customers pay for full coverage insurance to avoid exactly these situations, not to face unexpected exclusions and disputes over pre-existing damage.

I would not recommend this company.

The only target of the company is to sell add-on assurance that cost twice as much as the rental itself
If you have assurances yourself they go a step further. If you dont have a flight ticket number for exactly the day your rental ends they say you cannot have the car unless you pay very high add-on fee

After complaining the service employee threw me put of the office while being pregnant in 9th month and 38 degree outside

Attention ne pas louer dans cette agence , attirant sur le prix , les voitures se trouvent à environ 3 km de l’aéroport donc vous passez par des navettes , bien prendre des photos de toute la voiture surtout le bas et les roues…..lors de la restitution ça chipote limite à la loupe et après ….faut payer des dommages que sûrement vous n’avez pas fait
Pas très loyal …..
