Reclamo prenotazione DYI-201236302 – richiesta chiarimenti
Buongiorno,

desidero innanzitutto precisare che, per quanto riguarda qualità, pulizia del veicolo, puntualità e professionalità del personale con cui ho avuto a che fare presso l’aeroporto di Pisa, non ho alcuna lamentela.

Il mio disappunto riguarda invece le modalità con cui è stata gestita la prenotazione numero DYI-201236302 (ritiro e riconsegna presso l’aeroporto di Pisa) effettuata tramite il sito doyouitaly.

Al momento della prenotazione mi è stato richiesto il pagamento di un acconto pari a € 37,27 e indicato che al ritiro del veicolo avrei dovuto versare un saldo di € 25,52.

Solo dopo aver effettuato il pagamento dell’acconto mi sono stati inviati i documenti necessari per il ritiro dell’auto, tra cui risultava obbligatoria la carta d’imbarco relativa al volo di ritorno.

Durante la fase di prenotazione, tuttavia, l’inserimento del numero del volo di arrivo viene presentato come dato facoltativo e non viene in alcun modo evidenziato che la tariffa proposta sia valida esclusivamente per clienti che arrivano e ripartono in aereo.

Avendo io raggiunto gli uffici ECH con altri mezzi e non dovendo partire in aereo dopo la riconsegna del veicolo, non ero naturalmente in possesso di alcuna carta d’imbarco.

Solo al momento del ritiro dell’auto sono stato informato che, per poter finalizzare il noleggio, avrei dovuto pagare circa €118, in quanto in assenza della carta d’imbarco sarebbe stata applicata una maggiorazione assicurativa di circa €90.

Non avendo tempo sufficiente per cercare un’alternativa e non avendo ricevuto alcuna disponibilità alla restituzione dell’acconto già versato, mi sono trovato costretto ad accettare tale condizione.

Ritengo che questa modalità non sia corretta nei confronti del cliente, in quanto informazioni così rilevanti dovrebbero essere chiaramente indicate prima del pagamento dell’acconto. Diversamente, il prezzo pubblicizzato risulta fuorviante.

Con la presente chiedo quindi un vostro riscontro in merito alla vicenda e una verifica della possibilità di rimborso della differenza applicata.

Autonoleggio ottimo, auto pratica ( abbiamo optato per una Panda) consumi bassi e comoda per muoversi su qualsiasi tracciato della Sicilia oltre a un servizio di ritiro e consegna comodo e celere

Quando ritiri la macchina sono tutti molto gentili e fanno un controllo velocissimo del veicolo, al ritorno invece diventano super fiscali.
La ragazza alla consegna si è addirittura inginocchiata per vedere sotto il mezzo.
Poi un altro punto a sfavore è che le macchine vengono consegnate con mezzo pieno rendendo difficile mettere la giusta quantità di carburante per la riconsegna e se per caso mettete molto più carburante non c'è nessun rimborso.
Il contratto Ve lo fanno firmare con il tablet così che l'utente non riesce a leggere per bene le clausole e inoltre non ti lasciano nessuno foglio sia al ritiro che alla consegna, al massimo ti fanno fare la foto.

I had a car booked with Easy Car Hire for a rental in Italy, collecting from Pisa Airport. On arrival, it was quite difficult to find the rental desk, and without speaking Italian and asking several people, it would have been even more challenging to locate.

At the desk, I was informed that I had not booked snow/tyre chains, which are a legal requirement on Italian motorways during certain months. There was no clear mention of this requirement or additional cost on the website, so I assumed they would be included in the rental price. I was required to pay an extra £40 to rent them for just three days, simply to have them in the car.

The vehicle provided already had some minor damage, which was mostly recorded, but one noticeable area of damage was missing from the report. I had to go back to the desk and insist it was documented before leaving, which was inconvenient but necessary.

On the drive to my hotel, I noticed the windscreen washer fluid was completely empty, and the windscreen was dirty. The wiper blades were also worn and in poor condition, something that would be an MOT failure in the UK. This made me question how the vehicle was considered safe and roadworthy for rental.

Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it was far from smooth. My advice to anyone renting with Easy Car Hire is to thoroughly inspect the car and carry out basic safety checks before leaving the rental location, even if you’re tired after travelling.

Nous avons été les victimes d'un accident de la route. Le constat a été rédigé. Nous avons complété le dossier à la fin de notre séjour dans l'agence à Palerme. Ils nous ont prélevé 750 euros car nous utilisons l'assurance via notre carte bancaire. Et depuis ils ne répondent pas à nos mails. Nous ne pouvons pas poursuivre la procédure et demander à notre banque de nous rembourser. Nous ne savons pas POURQUOI ils refusent de nous répondre.

I rented a car from this company with full insurance, and they still have not refunded my security deposit. They stated the refund would be processed within 30 days, but it has now been 40 days and I have received nothing.

The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.
We rented two cars at a very good price because we booked in advance and it wasn’t high season. Unfortunately, one of the cars ended up without insurance — a serious mistake.

Upon arrival, it was clear that the staff member assisting us had very little willingness to help. My father is usually the main driver; he has over 40 years of driving experience and exchanged his Colombian license for a Spanish one two years ago. He always carries both to show his driving history, and we’ve never had any issues in any other country (France, Italy, Germany, or Spain).

This time, for the first time ever, we were told we had to pay a €100 penalty for “not having the required documentation.” If that were truly the case, they shouldn’t have allowed us to rent the car in the first place. After wasting a lot of time trying to explain the situation, we finally completed the process.

At no point were we offered insurance for the car that wasn’t covered, and given the frustration of the moment, we didn’t think to ask for it either.

When we finally received the cars — almost two hours later — it was already getting dark, and the pickup area had no lighting. The attendant wanted us to sign the form without checking the vehicles, so we used our phone flashlights to point out all the scratches and dents both cars already had. This detail is important because, on the return day, also at night, the same area did have lighting.

A few days later, we got the €750 deposit refunded for each car, so we thought everything was fine. But 15 days later, when we no longer had any photos or video records of the vehicles, we noticed a €240 charge on the credit card — with no prior notice or explanation, just the charge.

When we contacted them, they sent a photo of a small scratch on one of the rims. The report they attached does not include the various scratches we had pointed out to the attendant when picking up the car.

I do not recommend renting from this company. If you do, make sure to get full insurance — and if not, take plenty of photos and videos of the car and keep them for at least a month to avoid unpleasant surprises later on.

La peor experiencia que he tenido alquilando coches.
Alquilamos dos vehículos con un precio muy bueno porque reservamos con antelación y no era temporada alta. Uno de los coches, por error, no quedó con seguro, un grave error.

Al llegar, se notó la poca disposición para atendernos por parte de la encargada. Normalmente mi padre es el conductor principal; tiene más de 40 años de experiencia y canjeó su licencia en España hace dos años, por lo que siempre lleva también su licencia colombiana para demostrar su antigüedad como conductor. Nunca, en ningún país (Francia, Italia, Alemania o España), nos habían puesto problema alguno.

En este caso, por primera vez, nos indicaron que debíamos pagar una penalización de 100 euros por “no tener la documentación necesaria”. Si realmente fuera así, ni siquiera deberían haber permitido el alquiler del coche. En fin, tras perder mucho tiempo intentando explicar la situación, finalmente completamos el proceso.

En ningún momento nos ofrecieron el seguro para el coche que no lo tenía incluido, y con el disgusto del momento, tampoco lo solicitamos.

Al recibir los vehículos —casi dos horas después— ya estaba algo oscuro y la zona de entrega no tenía iluminación. El encargado quería que firmáramos el documento sin revisar los coches, así que con la luz de nuestros celulares fuimos mostrando los golpes y arañazos que ya tenían ambos coches. Este hecho es relevante, porque el día de la devolución, también de noche, la zona sí tenía iluminación.

Pasaron un par de días y nos devolvieron los 750 euros retenidos a cada uno, por lo que pensamos que todo estaba correcto. Sin embargo, 15 días más tarde, cuando ya no teníamos fotos ni registros del coche, notamos un cobro de 240 euros en la tarjeta de crédito, sin que se nos hubiera enviado ninguna notificación o explicación, solo el cobro.

Al contactarlos, nos enviaron una foto de un pequeño rayón en uno de los rines del coche. En el informe que adjuntaron no constan los diversos arañazos que le mostramos al encargado al recoger el vehículo.

No recomiendo alquilar con esta empresa. Si lo hacen, asegúrense de contratar el seguro y, si no, tomen muchas fotos y videos del coche y guárdenlos por más de un mes para evitar sorpresas posteriores.

Personale molto cortese ed estremamente disponibile, non sono arrivato in aeroporto con un volo e avevo bisogno di posticipare il pick up, i ragazzi del noleggio sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenze senza alcun problema. Auto perfetta.

Achtung Betrug
Wir haben das Auto günstig abgeholt von Freitag bis Montag und haben bei der Abholung ein Video und Fotos von den Schäden gemacht zusätzlich ein Protokoll was vom Vermieter ausgefüllt wurde.
Bei Abholung wurde das Auto erneut kontrolliert aber so extrem als hätten wir einen Ferrari gemietet. (Die Rede ist von einem Skoda)
Der Wagen hatte bei Abholung mehrere Kratzer, Beulen und einen nicht reparierten Unfallschaden.
Bei der Abgabe ging der Vermieter sofort auf einen Stecknadel große Delle/Kratzer zu was angeblich vorher nicht gewesen wäre. Trotz Beweise mit Video nicht einsichtlich gewesen. Lange Diskussion hin und her, verabschiedet mit den Worten die Versicherung meldet sich.
Dieser Vorfall ist schon sas zweite mal jetzt dort gewesen. Einfach nur Betrug und nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Attenzione: truffa
Abbiamo ritirato l’auto a un prezzo conveniente da venerdì a lunedì e, al momento del ritiro, abbiamo realizzato un video e delle foto dei danni, oltre a un verbale compilato dal noleggiatore.
Al ritiro l’auto è stata nuovamente controllata, ma in modo estremamente scrupoloso, come se avessimo noleggiato una Ferrari (si tratta invece di una Skoda).
L’auto presentava già al momento del ritiro diversi graffi, ammaccature e un danno da incidente non riparato.
Alla riconsegna, il noleggiatore si è diretto immediatamente verso una minuscola ammaccatura/graffio, grande quanto una capocchia di spillo, che secondo lui prima non c’era. Nonostante le prove video, non è stato per nulla ragionevole.
È seguita una lunga discussione avanti e indietro, conclusa con le parole che l’assicurazione si sarebbe fatta sentire.
Questo episodio è già la seconda volta che ci capita lì. È semplicemente una truffa e assolutamente non consigliabile.

Auto prenotata e pagata
Motivo: carta di credito in scadenza a febbraio, perfettamente valida durante il noleggio.
Nel voucher NON esiste alcuna clausola su validità residua della carta.
Al banco applicano policy interne non dichiarate, lasciando il cliente:
senza auto
senza assistenza
con soldi già pagati
Esperienza gravissima e totale mancanza di trasparenza.
Evitate: rischiate di arrivare e sentirvi dire “non possiamo consegnare” per motivi non scritti da nessuna parte.
Si poteva solo risolvere con 172 € in piu che vergogna.

Schaden/Kratzer wurde verrechnet, der nicht gemacht wurde.
Niedriger Mietwagenpreis, aber 171.- zusätzlich verrechnet, welcher nicht von mir verursacht wurde.
Der Mitarbeiter ging zielstrebig auf diese Stelle zu und stellte gleich bei der Rückgabe diesen Schaden fest 🙁
darauf angesprochen, sagte er lediglich, er mache nur seinen Job!
