This fan is brilliant and worked really well while I had it. Unfortunately, it broke, so I contacted EasyAcc customer service.
Their customer support was amazing. Although they couldn't offer a replacement because the item was sold out, they processed a full refund without any hassle. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free.

Die Rückabwicklung mit Kibi war total easy. Ich habe schnell mein Geld erstattet bekommen und musste den defekten Handventilator nicht zurück senden.

As it's the time of the year for condensation to start, I bought a dehumidifier from EasyACC, but on the first use, it already showed an error code. When I looked at the manual, the error code translated into "Contact support". So, there's nothing I can do on my end (the dehumidifier got very hot very quickly, and that's definitely NOT normal and seem dangerous).
However, I contacted support, and never received a reply, so that's not good enough.

I had a problem with their keyboard and they sent me a replacement quickly.

Tolle handyhülle. Sieht sehr Hübsch aus und hat nur sehr wenig gekostet. Sobald ich ein neues handy habe komme ich wieder zu euch :)

Ennesimo brand cinese! Si mascherano da occidentali, rendendo quasi impossibile identificarne la fattura, poi una volta acquistati i prodotti risultano scadenti, non conformi alle immagini mostrate e per niente durevoli.
Non parliamo poi del supporto da parte dell'azienda!

I bought a small handheld fan from these guys about 2 years ago. It is still going. It really helped me get through the summers that get only hotter.

Well recently my mom needed a small quite fan for her office, so I recommend it. She loved it too.

When my one dies, although it doesn't seem to be happening soon. I will definitely buy again.

Updated 2022: that fan is still kicking at 4 years old. I am convinced it will never die.
