An Indian call centre contacted us informing us that our current supplier, Opus, was stopping supplying gas and they were their recommended partner.

After a call with Opus, they confirmed they they have no link with Easy2Switch UK and that our contract was fine for another 3.5 years.

We receive 5 to 6 phone calls a day from this company, trying to target older members of staff and convince them that we need to use them to find a new supplier.

This company is untrustworthy, immoral, exasperating and relentless. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Sent us an unsolicited email as far as I can tell, and their website was blocked by BitDefender due to untrusted security certificate.
As it stands, I would steer clear.

The People were good and supportive throughout the process.

Maureen was patient and persistent and explained all the implications of the switch, which was helpful as I was new to handling that side of our operation.
