Great communication, very thorough report, quick turnaround. Would recommend!

I recently used Eastern Surveyors to value my home and was really pleased with the service provided. Communication was quick and clear and the service was reasonably priced. They were very friendly and approachable, which made what I expected to be a daunting process feel straightforward and stress free. I would highly recommend.

Thanks to Alexandra and George for making choosing Eastern Surveyors the easiest decision in ultimately a very stressful house move!

They were both informed, quick to respond, answered all of my questions. George was fantastic in turning around my report in such a short space of time and answering queries post report. Really put my mind at ease

I would definitely recommend Eastern Surveyors for your next house move!

Great communication and a professional trailer made service.

From start to finish the process of booking and receiving the report was simple. On the day George was very knowledgable and discussed how the report would be made and what to expect. We had the report the same day the survey was carried out. We would recommend for anyone needing a survey.

Kept me up to date with regular communication at each stage. Full report was received less than 48hours after survey was completed. Excellent first rate service at a competitive price. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service and a fair price.
5 stars with no doubt.
Best surveyors.

First time buyer and there was a significant delay. Eastern were great and when they finally got in the survey was quickly done and emailed over really fast.

We were recommended to use EasternSurveyors by friends and we are so glad we did. The entire team have just been incredible to deal with and worked everything around us. Would recommend these guys to everyone!!

From the moment we booked our level 2 homebuyers survey the communication was excellent. Alexandra gave us regular updates on when the survey would happen and be sent, and the report that was done was incredibly thorough and highlighted several things we have really benefitted from knowing in advance. George was kind enough to talk me through the survey at length and make sound recommendations on the next steps we should take.
Really clear and conscientious service, thank you!

Everything you could ever want from a surveyor…...very professional, excellent communication, extremely detailed report, good value for money and went the extra mile.

If you need a survey, this is the company to use, you will not be disappointed.

George and Alexandra have been great throughout the process of organising a survey for our first home. The communication was excellent - super quick and felt so friendly and welcoming. We received updates at each stage of the process, which was great as we were in the loop the whole time. As first time buyers, wrapping our heads around our survey report was tough but George and Alexandra were both great in helping to break things down for us, which just made everything far less stressful. Couldn’t recommend Eastern Surveyors enough. Great communication, super friendly, an all round positive experience.

The communication was amazing, so responsive

The report is in incredible detail and will help us no end with our purchase

The service from Eastern Surveyors has been seamless and they have been a pleasure to use

Alexandra and George were so very helpful. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing. We received a really detailed survey which has helped us work out everything we need to buy our first property. Email responses were very prompt, even out of hours replies. We were expecting our survery on the Wednesday but received on the previous Sunday so we are very impressed, they did everything for us. Even worked out timings for access with the estate agents. We will definitely use them again in the future, I cant recommend them enough! Thank you!

Had a level 2 home buyer survey done. Really great service from both Alexandra and George. Very responsive to emails and enquires and kept us informed throughout the process. George even went through the report with us on Good Friday morning as we had some concerns. Overall, brilliant service and would highly recommend.
