Eastern Surveyors Anmeldelser

Alexandra and George were just great! Thank-you. The whole process was really easy to arrange. They were friendly, professional, and responsive. In the end the whole process took even less time than predicted and the after-care support was genuinely so helpful. I'd definitely use again and recommend to others.

Brilliant service, very friendly and helpful people. Could not fault them at all.

Easter Surveyors were the only easy part of our house buying process and I'll always be grateful for them for that.

They were very responsive before and after the inspection, flexible and they returned the report within 24 hours of the inspection (even if they can legally take 5 days).

Thank you so much!

Easy to deal with and very efficient. George clearly knows the local market. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Very easy to arrange a Level 3 Survey, from initial contact to the survey taking place was just under three weeks. The survey was thorough, detailed and questions I had about it after reading were answered quickly and clearly. Also, the survey was completed on a Thursday and was sent to me on Sunday morning, which was a welcome surprise. Overall excellent, detailed and efficient service - would highly recommend.

Totally recommend. Very polite and professional and the report was sent very very quickly. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

They were exceptionally helpful we was very pleased with the report, and we received the report back very quickly i will be using them again for a level 2 survey in the future and I would highly recommend them to friends and family

Myself and my partner used Eastern Surveyors to carry out the survey on our first home.
We were very satisfied with the quality of the survey carried out by George and recommend Eastern Surveyors for first time buyers.
The level of customer care/engagement was also very satisfactory. We found them to be very responsive and the report very detailed and informative.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and very thorough. The valuation was accurate and completed super quick

I would highly recommend Eastern Surveyors. Communication with both Alexandra and George throughout the process was outstanding with regards to speed, clarity and detail. The snagging report generated from the inspection was thorough and made it easy to discuss snagging issues with our builder, which strongly supported our ability to get issues dealt with promptly and effectively.

Great customer service from start to finish!

Alexandra and George have been great from our initial enquiry, all the way up to getting the report completed. Giving us reassurance and updates throughout the whole process.

I could not recommend them more highly and we would definitely use them again.

From start to finish the whole process was easy, friendly and straightforward! As first time buyers we weren't sure what we needed but the team were so helpful and explained what the best options were for us. Will definitely be using them again and recommending!! Thank you!

Super efficient services they booked a survey within days and survey was back a couple of days later. Survey was in so much depth. Would 100% recommend and I would use them again in the future if I needed too.

Eastern Surveyors performed a L3 Survey and a home valuation for me. They were very responsive to emails, including outside of normal working hours and on the weekend. Being a first time buyer, a lot of this was new to me and they were very understanding. I needed the report sooner than the agreed timeline due to having a planned visit at the property. Eastern Surveyors provided me with the report the very next day, which was even earlier than I requested. On top of this, they took the time to have a phone call with me and discuss any queries I had regarding the report. They were also very competitively priced!

I highly recommend Eastern Surveyors and will use them again should I ever need a Surveyor.

Thank you Eastern Surveyors for the excellent service received. The customer service from both Alexandra and George was amazing, really quick to reply and always kept us informed from start to finish.
We would highly recommend to all. Thank you so much Lucy & Matt.

Will recommend Eastern Surveyors! I got my detailed report just two days after the survey was completed.

Arrived on time, explained everything that was involved & carried out the survey efficiently. Talked over the overall initial results from his experience. Gave me an estimated date of which I would receive the report . The report was on time. I would definitely recommend Eastern Surveyors. Many thanks.

Even though the Level 3 survey we had came back as a bit of a shock, we’re so pleased that they were thorough, and pointed out things we didn’t see/know about. We rang the surveyor afterwards and he was very helpful in answering our questions. Put things in perspective as to what needed doing straight away, other things not so urgent to do
Right from the first phone call to Eastern Surveyors they were very friendly/guided us through the procedure/timescale

Excellent customer service from Alex. I had to cancel a survey due to unforeseen circumstances and they gave me a refund so I had no hesitation to use them not only for valuing my house but to instruct them to do the level 2 survey on my house purchase. Would thoroughly recommend

Very comprehensive survey and quick to schedule. Reassuring to speak with the surveyor to clarify any points after. Highly recommend these guys!
