Ridiculous Review Below
Not really sure what the person below is talking about. I won a car earlier this year, but opted for the cash. The team behind this company are the nicest most genuine people you could ever meet. It upsets me when people like the person below use this platform to try and negatively affect peoples business and ultimately livelihood. Pay no attention to the review below, sometimes sad people literally have nothing better to do than drag nice people down. If that is all he has to worry about in life, lucky him, but what he says is completely untrue. I am not a professional comper like the individual in the last review, it is meant to be a bit of fun, which it is. Keep up the good work East Anglia Competitions you do not need to be cut throat, stay as you are!!

Brilliant competition site. My first week of entering a competition I won £750 cash. Everything is handled fairly and clearly. It's live draws where they'll read out people's active comments and the draw can been seen being activated and the winner choose by a interactive wheel. Highly recommended.

5 stars from me everytime
5 stars from me everytime. I have been playing for the last 2 years and have won a few times now, I don't always watch the draws but if I win I always get a phone call notifying me within 15 mins of the draw, prizes or money always delivered the next day. They are such a great friendly bunch of people, always got time for a chat when dropping off prizes (or bump into them in Asda) I have tried other sites but always come back too and highly recommend East Anglia Competitions ☺️ keep up the good work guys 👍

The way they do the draws are sometimes wrong in a way they have too many entries for a prize draw and then they use this google number gernerator instead of their traditional spinning wheel. Too many entrants means that their spinning wheel doesn’t work much. Also the ticket allowance for 1 person is too many. Very unfair so I am suggesting ONLY 1 ticket per person instead of 1 person allowing to have 200 tickets (for example) ticket prices too high to.

Very strange Josh ?
Firstly the way we do our draws isnt wrong we follow all guidlines and are compliant with all regulations. When we use the number generator this is because we simply cant fit more than 500 names on the random name wheel it is to small to cope with more than 500 names.
With regards to why we dont just allow people 1 ticket it wouldnt be much of business a little like maybe Tesco telling customers they can only purchase 1 carrot ?? Strange complaint but then again as you have said this is just somthing you suggest!!
So we suggest that maybe you run a comp site and just allow people to purchase 1 ticket.
But please keep us updated on how this works for you as we would be very interested.
We understand your frustration at not having a win as yet but please before leaving negative reviews for local businesses understand the business first this way you wont get it so wrong.

Can’t praise East Anglia Competitions enough, I always purchase lots of tickets for different draws and have also had the pleasure of winning once before. They phone straight away to arrange drop off and are very efficient in the whole process. Well done guys 👍😊

The Best .
Amazing company that have fantastic prizes. I have won many times cash ninja foodies (2) ice-cream maker shark hoover ooni pizza oven...you get the drift. All draws are live and you are phoned within 30 minutes of the draw. They then deliver to your address. Great people..Good fun watching the draws. Totally recommend

Poor customer service care.
Poor customer service care.
OK this is a strange one. I only brought 4 tickets on tonight's draws, just £19.00 worth. So not a lot, I spend £100's a week on other groups. Basically I was testing the comp group out to see what was what.
OK anyway, after the draws, I asked the comp group what the winning numbers were. I got a speedy response,( which was nice), I thought great, these guys are sound. However after I replied again, saying, that I think the winning numbers should be published, and that I shouldn't have to watch a live stream. I asked for my account on the Web page to be deleted and removed. ( I didn't want my saved personal info staying viewable to them, as they are based around 20 miles from me). The comp groups response was to immediately block me from the FB page, so basically removing any chance I had to speak to them openly. I have had to resort to a neg trust pilot review.
Now they have blocked me, I couldn't even return to them in the future if I saw an improvement from them.
East anglia competitions needs to realise the business they have chosen is a cut throat one. As a veteran comper, any advice or suggestions I make are to help them improve and grow through customer relations.
There will Always be more losers than winners, its the ppl who lose are the customers you need to fight to keep.
I have screenshots pertaining to all my interactions with East Anglia Competitions before they were deleted. I have screenshots of all my purchases and also of my account number.
Ready for the trust pilot appeal.

We struggle with this one as most people when they have an opinion about something are a little more sensitive.
Yes we have removed you from our social media and deleted your account but this was your request ? there's no need for a Trust Pilot appeal the idea of Trust Pilot is to gain genuine reviews to which you have a genuine complaint and of course we are sorry that you feel we don't run our business how you would run yours?
You had an issue with how we update our winners/players we do this and have done for the last two years by firstly live streaming the draw Secondly immediately after the draw contacting the winners then within 30 minutes of contacting the winners we list a winners update with there names and the area from which they live lastly the following day an email is sent to all active players stating the winners and there ticket numbers.
We don't get complaints because we are genuine and as you stated very local ? we love what we do and we will continue to do so.
But if there is one thing we will take from your complaint that is going forward we shall also put the ticket number as well as the winners names on our Social Media updates.
We would finally like to add that your comment about cut throat business and that we need to keep customers will unfortunately be completely ignored what we do is fun and we fit in where we fit in we are not the biggest and we have no intensions to be so we hope people play for there enjoyment and if they choose not to we understand.
We have made many happy winners and continue to do so and those of you that have won and met us personally will understand this complaint isn't all that its made out to be.

I entered a few competitions after I had a £10 lottery win and my sister had won with East Anglia Competitions in 2021 and was completely blown away that I won a Lego competition, it was delivered to me in person within 48 hours - legitimate company, great service and really fun opportunities! Really good odds compared to lotteries, I’ll now enter these instead of my lottery ticket each week!

Just won my first prize with East anglia competitions, although I am not on Facebook they called me straight after the draw which was a lovely surprise. Won £300 which was presented to me in person by a very charismatic man. Great competition would definitely recommend.
