Don't be fooled by these con artists. When you first join and they give you £100 telling you you won a competition (even though you didn't enter one) to reel you in. And to get you thinking you are going to win something again. But you will not. Keep your money people or find a genuine site where you do actually win something. Just look at the fake 5 star reviews. Isn't it strange that the people that have wrote these reviews have NEVER wrote a review anywhere else. Need I say more.

Update: regarding the reply I received below stating they have never heard anything so strange, I will again repeat what is strange. The people who wrote the 5 star reviews not having wrote a review anywhere else? I also know people that won £100 just like myself when they first joined. It's just like any other online betting or gambling site. You always win something when you first join. And then it's take take take and more take. I also agree with certain reviews about the customer service being so rude. I'm certain people will open their eyes soon enough.

I used to play frequently on this site until I started to notice the same names winning way too often to be legit.

The same people seem to always win.
The response to negative feedback is incredibly aggressive and not what you would expect from anyone with any professionalism.
I won a few prizes on occasions when I used to play and had to chase up my winnings over the course of a week or two.
My best advice is unless you know the people running the site so you can join the list of frequent winners, keep your money in your pocket and stay well clear!!!

Only competition site I've ever won anything on , first an instant win of £100and then an air fryer /cash alternative . So people definitely win! Thankyou

EA guys are legends. Won the Harley 883 iron on my first time playing. and they have been amazing helping me sort transport and storing the bike free of charge until I can get it picked up.

Entered a competition and won with only one ticket!
The East Anglian Competitions team made the full process very easy from notifying me of the win via telephone as I forgot to watch the live draw to arranging collection of my prize only 2 days later!
Very professional and helpful making the experience enjoyable and stress free from start to finish! Thank you to the team!

My details on a BRAND NEW credit card were stolen from this site.

I suggest they review their practices as there is no other way my card details got out there.

I don't have much criticism of this company other than to say, their responses to negative feedback on this and other rating sites are really unprofessional. If you're trying to make your company seem as trustworthy as possible (as is the point of this website), your responses to feedback shouldn't read like the ramblings of a keyboard warrior after 3 glasses of prosecco.

It seems like in 2022 your customer relations representative did a good job of replying to negative feedback, however since 2023 the comments in response to one star ratings are deranged.

Here's some free advice, respond to feedback 'I'm sorry you feel this way, hopefully you have a more positive experience next time'. Or don't respond at all. But the current method of responding to negative feedback reflects really poorly on the company as a whole. Hire a new customer service officer.

Wow! I can't believe I won £1,300! Last Friday, I bought two tickets for a chance to win a Tag Heuer watch, for only £7.98. That same evening, I missed the live draw while I was out, but luckily Chris called me to let me know I had won the TAG Heuer watch, I chose the cash prize of £1,300, and by Tuesday lunchtime the following week, the money was in my account.

This is a legitimate competition with real prizes awarded to real people, and the odds of winning are amazing!

Started playing mid last year without any luck until November where I won £250 Smyths voucher but took cash instead.
I would tell everyone, your time will come. Just play what you can afford and keep those fingers crossed.

You have to be in it to win it. I have not won anything yet...but I know friends that have.
The company is honest and reputable.
The only thing letting you down....is the reply to some of these negative reviews, some replies seem argumentative and very unprofessional.You don't need to justify yourselves. Smile sweetly, thank them for their opinions and do your cursing behind the screen.

Happy to report 2 wins from EAC. Great friendly communication and amazing prizes for us all to have the chance to win. Highly recommend everyone trying their luck. This site is another branch of my comping hobby and as they say..."You gotta be in it to win it"

My daughter and I have spent exactly the same amount on exactly the same draws on exactly the same time. She has won over 6 times (including the £20k cash draw, coffee maker, DJI drone & Nintendo Switch). I have won absolutely nothing. As a family we have given up on this being random now.
