If i could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered the promotional offer and only got half of it. I did not sign up for a monthly subscription, but 1 month later I am charged $150 and the tracking on what is supposed to be sent just keeps saying its on its way, but never updates and never arrives. Customer service sends an auto response that they will respond in 48 business hours, but they never respond. I think I canceled the membership I didn't sign up for, but i will be reporting fraud to my bank and getting ALL of my money back.

Company lies about it being made in & bring shipped from the USA. Took 3 weeks to receive the product from China. Ingredients listed were not accurate. They automatically charged my card 4 more times a few days apart, all different amounts. Customer service is AI. The phone number doesn't work. Their support pages "are down". Had to cancel credit card. Horrible experience.

EarthLine naturals is a scam company, they don’t tell you that when you place an order with them you will be signed up for a monthly membership fee of 23.99. When I called to complain about it they said oh well since you are canceling within the 24 hour window we can refund the charge they then state that the refund department needs to review it first. Then you get another email asking why you want to cancel. Then a couple days later they state oh well we researched your account and you are signed up for the membership please let us know if you have any questions on how to use it. They have no intention of giving refunds as the other dozens of people on here can testify to. Horrible company its also based out of China so you can never talk with anyone.

I read on here how they enroll you into a subscription without authorization so I sent them an email saying I better not be on a subscription and if so cancel it. The next day, which was only 2 days after I received my first order and they say its too late and there's another charge on my account. I immediately called the bank and reported fraud. I also contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint! Stay clear!

They do not even deserve one star. SCAM! Very similar experiences with no support or product. And, yes, more charges!
I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. PLEASE avoid this company.

SCAM from beginning to end, not only did they never send me what I was charged for then they started charging me a monthly recurring fee. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY.

I have decided that this Earthline Naturals company is a scam. Zero stars is a more accurate rate. I ordered a product to try. They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, led me to believe this company is in the US - it. is. not! I’ve exchanged countless emails trying to get the product that I have paid for. Meanwhile- they charged me for another order that I did not request - hence the automatic subscription. The order that I actually made was on April 15, 2026 - and 50 days later I still have no product, the order they automatically charged me for on May 15 also has not been received. There is no phone number. So I have emailed multiple times only to get responses of how they understand my frustration and they are working on it. So I guess they’ve stolen $100 from me. I’m so sick of scammers. And apparently the people who gave good “reviews” of the products on the website are part of the scam as well.

If I could give no stars I would. Not a USA company, and if they claim to be note that they ship from somewhere overseas. I ordered on 11 May and it’s now 4 June. Still no product and this is after their website states it takes 5-7 business days for processing and 5-7 business days to ship. We are well past that point friends. I emailed them and finally after the third one, they tell me they are tracking and have updated. The product appears to finally have arrived in the USA. I will be calling my credit card people… unacceptable!

SCAM ARTISTS!! They ripped me off $27.00. I sent 4 complaint emails where they continued to lie. I asked for a refund, they refused. I'm telling everyone on their FB and Instagram ads not to buy. They should be ashamed making a living on ripping people off. I've also reported them to the better Business Bureaus. SCAM!!!🤬

I really feel scammed. It's been nearly 30 days since my order was placed and I STILL don't have the product. I also had no idea it was drop shipped from outside of the country. Don't waste your time or your money. I plan on disputing this with my CC if they don't respond to my request for a refund.

I NOW REALIZE THAT WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED Earthlinenaturals AUTOMATICALLY SIGNS THE CUSTOMER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEM AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. ON TOP OF THAT Earthlinenaturals H2 TABLETS ARE DROP SHIPPED FROM CHINA AND YOU BE LUCKY TO GET ANY PRODUCTS RECEIVED TO THE U.S. WITH IN A MONTHS TIME. THEIR H2 TABLETS ARE NASTY TASTING AND DO NOT WORK. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAVE USED ANOTHER H2 COMPANY WITH GOOD RESULTS.

I ordered 10 bottles of Earthline Naturals Molecular Hydrogen tablets on April 17. Information on the website said “We ship fast from the USA, most orders go out within 1 business day. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days.”, so I expected to receive my Order in 3-5 business days. It has now been 45 days, and I have not received anything other than several assurances that they are checking on my order. I noticed on May 21 that additional charges had been made to my credit card on May 17 in the amounts that I charged on April 17. I emailed the company and asked that the amounts be refunded to my credit card, that the shipments not be sent, and the subscription the company said I had requested, of which I was unaware, be canceled. Their response was they could not cancel the order because it had been shipped. They said there is a 24-hour window after the order is placed in which to cancel the order. Of course, if one does not know a shipment is being made, one can’t cancel the shipment in 24 hours. I said I would rather work out the situation with them than file a dispute with my credit card company. Since they were not cooperative, I filed a dispute with my credit card company concerning the second shipment. As requested, I attached copies of all my email correspondence with Earthline Naturals. My credit card statement online shows that refunds for the second shipments were made. If I have not received the shipment of my first Order in 60 days from April 17, I will dispute the original charges because of not having received the product. I was really looking forward to using the Molecular Hydrogen, but the possibility of even receiving it is not looking very likely. I suggest that people do not order from Earthline Naturals. Although I received replies to my first few emails to them, the replies are generally generic, as stated by other reviewers, and the company does not follow up as they say they will do. It seems to me that disputing the charges with ones credit card company is about the only option one has. As to the subscription, I went back to the website and went through the process as if placing an order. That is when I saw the subscription option is checked by default right after the options of quantities to order. If one does not uncheck the subscription option, the subscription is automatic.

UPDATE 6/6/26: I called my credit card company on 6/2/26 concerning a refund for the order I placed in 4/17/26 because it had been 49 days since I placed the order, and I have not received it. Tracking shows it is still in Customs at Chicago. The customer service representative said anything past 30 days was excessive, unless the company had given me a longer period of time, and filed a dispute on my behalf. Additional information was requested, so I attached copies of all the emails exchanged with Earthline Naturals and a printout of the most current tracking report. On 6/5/26 the refund was posted to my account. Success! The CSR also changed my credit card number so Earthline Naturals cannot charge another shipment to the credit card. I requested and/or demanded the subscription be canceled and that I be sent confirmation that it was; however, I have not received the confirmation. I think It is still possible I may receive the first or second shipment purportedly shipped to me, particularly since the second shipment is coming through Los Angeles instead of Chicago. If I do receive one of the shipments, I will try the product, which I would like to do. That is why I ordered it. But if I receive nothing, at least the money for the order I placed and the money for the subscription order of which I was unaware have been refunded. I think that is a positive outcome.
By the way, the link to cancel a subscription does not work. I tried it multiple times.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We ordered three weeks ago and still no product. At first they were quick to respond. We requested a refund and no response.

Placed an order more than a month ago still no product. Contacted support who are worthless just give you the run around. Don’t by from this company. They ship from Asia.

If I could leave a zero star that's what it would be. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I've got some wonky looking tracking numberYSD403908968YQ, they tell me that this is a USPS tracking number. It is not. I have asked for a refund multiple times. They escalated me supposedly and a new representative sent me a message saying your package has shipped. If you don't receive it within the next five business days, please contact us back but they still haven't provided a tracking. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It's been 2 weeks. It should have been received within 3 to 5 days. This hasn't happened. They're ignoring my request for a refund and then they have the nerve to send me a request to rate them on their customer service skills. I do not have product. I do not have a tracking and I do not have a refund. These people need to be stopped.

I order on 05/01/2026. my order is just barely hitting US customs. Supposed to be made in usa. they say real person will call never does. they are liars from a foriegn country and will steal your money. all i ever dealt woth was ai. they say someone will call but they never do

Ordered on May 4th it is May 5th and still no product, it is May 29th as of this writing. Contacted them and they blamed a tracking issue. This is apparently being delivered by snail mail and I mean literally by snails. Would not buy from again.

This company must be located somewhere outside our universe!!! It’s been a month and I still have no product and their way of communicating with you is the worst! Companies nowadays communicate only via emails, that’s unacceptable. I’m sure to a lot of people. Please people find another company located at least their distribution centers located in the USA.
There is no excuse for anything taking over a month for you to receive unless it’s a fraudulent scam company.

I ordered my products on May 10th, 2026 and ever since then tracking only shows “info received”. It is now May 28, 2026. Through emails I was told they are monitoring closely the status of my order but nothing ever changes in tracking updates. I have been told they cannot cancel the order since it’s already been shipped. But where the heck is it?!!?! Their policy says product will be delivered in 5-7 days. That’s a joke! So my opinion on this company leaves much to be desired and I will not order from them again. Their email responses produce no solution to the problem. It’s a shame since they claim to have a great product. I will also share this on Facebook as well.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Not usa product. No update on tracking until delivered. International shipping. Respond to concerns with a generic response. Automatically enroll you in recurring subscription. Total scam.
