They know their stuff
Helpful initial advice on which recorder is best to purchase and then prompt delivery. The recorder itself is a good robust initial instrument or back up piece.

Great service, poor communication
Service was great. I just wish they had add a step into their CRM informing me that my £200+ instrument was well received via post and being add to the queue of instruments being processed. I only heard once they invoiced me at the end of the process - I had no idea of what happened to my instrument up to that time, which was quite a few days since I shipped it.

The ordering of sheet music much improved

Barry Holder did an excellent job revoicing three recorders, a Mollenhauer Denner, a Moeck Stanesby and a Maarten modern alto. The turnaround was prompt and everything worked very smoothly.
