Very slow response and not happy with what I received
I did not receive the bow I ordered but it took over a month to send a different bow. While I appreciate that gesture, I still really want the bow I ordered as this one does not fit my case and I worry that I will damage it. I have already completed a feedback but have not received any correspondence.

I am new to playing the lute
I am new to playing the lute, and I needed strings for a 6 course lute, and they had a set ready to go. They were good to deal with, and the strings are first rate. The strings came from England to Canada in good time.

Baroque descant recorder
I came for a descant recorder at baroque pitch. The staff were incredibly helpful, there was lots to choose from, and l had quiet helpful direction as l made up my mind. I am thrilled with my new recorder.
