As a buyer of seven(7) Azarias low step ebikes for me, my wife, my three sons and two daughter-in-laws, I have a few suggestions:
1. UNLOCK the display parameter options like tire size, (odometer does not exactly match gps on Samsung Health or Strava apps), PAS Sensitivity, PAS Strength, etc.
2. Color display
3. Reposition battery seat post connection from the bottom to under/behind the the seat for easier access/connection.
4. Up the charging amps to decrease charge time - hard to implement, but it would be nice :)
Overall we LOVE our ebikes. Keep up the good work!
I would like a saddlebag if I win :)
FYI: I have run many watt hr./mile tests and here's my data (I am 5'10", 175lbs):
PAS 1 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 80 to 90 miles (10 watts/mile)
PAS 2 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 60 to 70 miles (13 watts/mile)
PAS 3 range with moderate pedaling on flat surface - 50 to 60 miles (15 watts/mile)

I love my AM100! It allows me to continue riding at an advanced age. I love cycling and have done several bike tours with my wife. We requested e-bikes on our last ride and had agreat experience. We can noe ride together on our local rides The controls allow you to set a speed, so I can match her and stay together. I purchased mine used so I don’t know how well cared for it was. I had some issues and Eahora service was out standing and quick to respond. A great company and wonderful employees!

I bought my AM200 Fat Tire full suspension e-bike during COVID. I am 58 and have knee issues from surgeries earlier in life. The Eahora EBike was just the ticket to be able to get out there and experience the thrill of mountain bike riding again. It’s a fun way to get outdoors and exercise. The electric assist allows me to cover more ground with the calories I’m putting in. With the varying levels of electric assist, I feel like I’m 20 again. I live near an old sand pit and a couple of parks full of mountain bike trails. My Eahora EBike can handle anything I can throw at it. I ride through snow and down hills of deep sand, and the fat tires handle both very well. Just need to be mindful not to oversteer in the deeper stuff and to run your tire pressure very low. The motor will neutralize the drag of the low tire pressures. This bike provides a thrill somewhere between a motorcycle dirt bike and a mountain bike. It’s my “Go anywhere, anytime” bike. It was easy and fun to assemble. Got more pride of ownership doing that myself. Controls quickly become intuitive and the power is impressive. I have peddled past road bikes (picture Lance Armstrong) at 32mph. It won’t get you up real steep “walls”, but it makes those long climbs a lot easier. And the battery has plenty of power to get you through several hours of hilly and intense trail riding. Most of the time the lower level is all you need when on single tracks. Great e-bike and it fit my budget. I plan on getting a pair of Eahora road bikes for our camper. A great way to cover more ground while out exploring the world.

We purchased two bikes a year ago. We searched high and low and far and wide and feel confident we chose right with Eahora! These bikes go everywhere with us! From sandy desert roads to rocky beaches and dirt mountain paths. We have had ZERO issues and get SO MANY compliments! Battery life is excellent and speed is more than adequate! Looking forward to lots more fun adventures on our Eahora bikes!

Based on my experience with RURUI-XT9 which I bought on August 2021 I will not recommend these products. This bike only worked right for 500 miles total ( yes $1300/500 miles) and that is when my nightmare started, since September 2022 I being unable to use my bike.
Customer service (not in -the USA) takes if I was lucky 24hr to answer an email, and no phone number is available, today already 5months, and the bike is still unfixed.

Pros: Bikes run good, the battery is ok, if you push the battery use you will end stock with a very heavy bike,
Customer service attempts to fix my problems of course $$$, for parts every time, long wait for shipping and now they are blaming me.

EaHora (EaHorrible) for customer service. Mars scooter stopped, can't speak with a live person. Loved the bike but it's a $3300 paper weight now. Frustrating!!

I bought my X7 during the pandemic while working in San Francisco. It was easy to assemble, has no problem reaching 28mph and carried me up some of the steepest hills in the city . Battery continually holds a full charge and the gears are smooth for those times when you decide to engage with peddling. It's very easy to fold up and will fit in your back seat if needed. I would recommend this bike to anyone who likes to commute, ride trails,or wants to enjoy some light cardio exercise a couple of times a week. This bike travels with me all over the country and has never let me down.

Great customer service. They get back to you fast as possible

This bike is a fantastic value. I had a Sondors, which was a pile of junk with terrible range. I sold it and bought the X7 and what a difference!

Great company support also. It had a cracked plastic part in the battery compartment area so I contacted Eahora. They sent out a replacement promptly!

Two friends have already ordered after riding mine.

I bought an Azarias ebike. It came fully charged and Never took another charge. I have been trying to get the vendor to either repair the bike that is under warranty or replace the bike or refund my money.
They requested a lot of information in the way of photos and videos. All were provided. They claimed they could not open the image and video files so I sent them separately. They still claimed not to be able to find or open the files. So I sent links to google drive files. Again they claimed they could not find or open the files. Next I compressed each file and sent it in a separate email. That was the last I ever heard from Eahora.
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
In My Opinion, They Can Not Be Trusted.

Who would even think of making such a purchase with the poor rating on TrustPilot. GET REAL EAHORA! I don’t have to invest my dollars in a company with terrible reviews. Check out RAD POWERBIKES, top rated on TrustPilot!

purchased a 2 bikes directly from the web ( not amazon, NOT available at the time),
first one received in couple weeks and after initial fun (one afternoon) never to turn on again, no updates on the second one in the third month ?? tech support over chat or email super polite and apologizing but takes days for each respond and clueless. They have ZERO support inUS. i'm in 9 weeks at this point and rhey cant even say what went wrong. Highly NOT recommending and kicking myself for not going with more establish brand ...

ZERO help from manufacturer, in the 4th month from purchase day, got 1 broken bike, 2nd one newer delivered and no update at this point,
absolutely avoid this product or be sure you fully covered by 3rd party warranty, whole experience is a nightmare and PayPl resolution center is a joke. You hope to be more fortunate than Me if ordering Eahora product.

Don't even think to buy products from this company. They send us bike, which didn't work and now we are fighting to get our money back and return defective bike. We paid $2000 for a bike and they want to return us only $679, because they charge us some doble shipping and depreciation 20% for product which didn't work even minute. Please save your time, money and nerves and do not deal with this company!!!

False advertising, deceptive practices, bait and switch on parts, theft, etc. Employees contradict one another, overall bad experience. That is our experience, and we are a media company.

PLEASE PLEASE do NOT put yourself through what I went through , this company is a joke , they promise you the moon and don't deliver crap!!! I ordered two bikes for Christmas and was told I would receive them by the 17th of Dec. , they were a NO show and after begging and e-mailing back and forth they sent one of the bikes the first week of January and told me that if I wanted the other one I would need to go pick it up at there warehouse in CA., or work something out with UPS . I never received the second bike so I asked for a refund and after going back and forth I was fed up so I had to reach out to Amazon and they credited my account within two days for both bikes . Very interesting now Eahora reaches out to me FINALLY and asked for there other bike to be shipped back to them , yes I shipped it back .
you cant complain about their customer service because there isn't any !!!! when I first looked at this company they had a five star rating the issue was they forgot to put the minus in front of the five stars

Wrost costumer servie i bought the and x7 pro 500w red color. On amazon. And eahora after i purchaded the product sent me an email saying the product was already sold out and the only option they gave me was to upgrade to an other bike if i pay an extra 100 bike. This eahora peaple are not serious. They dont answer to your massages quick. And they lie and post false advertasing on amazon they list product that dont have avealeble on stock they lie to peaple and make you lose your time

Ok so far I give this E-Ahora bike the thumbs up for a couple of reasons, first off the bike hauls butt!, literally it goes a good 25mph on flat ground and pulls pretty darn good going into an uphill. The thumb throttle works great and the battery pack seems to be of high quality but be sure to leave the charger on and plugged in until the actual chargers light turns from red to green even though the screen on the bike may say 100% charged it will still take a good hour+ of charging to actually be full and you will notice the difference right away since a fully charged battery tends to give you more pulling power before the percentage on the dash starts coming down. Around 70% charge you can really notice the power and speed lagging a bit but it will still pull pretty good for a long time even after 70%. My bikes derailer needed a simple adjustment and all I had to is screw in the adjuster a couple turns on the cable inlet right on the derailer. All in all I don't think that you will find a better deal for the money. One thing that is rather cheesy is the front forks!, they are flimsy spring loaded ones with zero dampening and the flimsyness really ought to let you know not to go off trailing very hard or you risk having them break or fly apart, I will probably be replacing the forks with better ones.

Okay….let’s talk about COVID-19 first; understanding that most companies are and having difficulties with manufacturing and shipping which have greatly impacted companies such as eAhora. So with that said l would like to share my experience about this organization. Understanding that shipping was compromised due to COVID-19, they did their best to make sure they kept me updated through the Amazon message app. I would really like to mention Mr. Lila, not only did he call me on my cell phone and explained all the important details about the status of my orders, but he was very professional, courtesy, knowledgeable, honest, and did everything he said he would do. I give him personally 5-stars. He made a world of differences with me being a repeat customer. Now let’s talk about the actual bike, I purchased (4) eAhora AM100 Plus bikes and my entire family fell in love after the 1st ride. These bikes are built tough and they look amazing! I did my homework and researched a lot of the expensive bikes ranging from $5-$10K and to be honest there’s really no differences. If you are looking for a smooth riding, attractive looking, excellent price point, full of fun, an all-around amazing bike…eAhora is the bike of choice. Now let’s talk about the battery life, we charged the battery up for around 3-4 hours and we rode practically all day, no kidding. My wife and son had asked me how long will this battery last before it dies out since we had been riding all day, I think when we actually turned in for the evening all of our bikes still had around 45-50% battery charge. So with that being said I give the battery life 5-stars. One last thing, let’s talk about damage parts, on two of the bikes the batteries were damaged and they shipped new batteries out without no problems, so I give the warranty services 5-stars as well. In closing…you won’t be disappointed. Just remember due to COVID-19 please be patience, patience, patience, and patience. It’s worth the wait!!!

Do not waste your money. I bought an x7. Front breakers don’t work. You can not use gears 1,2,3,7 bcus the chain rubs and will fall off. The rack had to be bent with a vice in order to fit. This bike goes 22 mph top speed****. Throttle response is a joke. Do not buy this item! They Want to charge $430 to return this Item!!!!!!!! And there phones operate out of China so you will be charged international fees if you need to call them!

I am writing to tell you my experience with this seller. I paid for this item and was told the item was shipped by UPS. There was even a tracking number attached to the email. When I would check ups it would come back “ package not delivered to ups”.

When I contacted the seller about this she said that UPS has been really busy and they are forgetting to scan packages but don’t worry it was sent. I thought that was a bit strange for ups. So I called ups and told then what the seller told me. He basically laughed and said not scanning packages is not an option for drivers it’s mandatory. What the seller did was create a ups label for the package which put the package into the ups system BUT they did not deliver the actual package to them ...sneaky. I still have the actual email she sent me placing the blame on ups and their drivers.

So these are the people you will be dealing with. If you decide to take a chance use PayPal if you have an option so you can recover your cash ...I’m in the midst of this right now
