They offer you 25 $ in exchange for a review on their website, but money will never arrive. After 100 miles of use, front brake crashed and I had an accident. They did not even answered my email, nor offered to repair the bike. The bike itself looks good as far as it is brand new, but soon it begins to fall apart.

They are an awesome company they really help there customers out if need be I recommend them Highly they have good bikes at a fair price

I am very happy with my new bike, it is very easy to get on, controls are easy to use and it is a nice ride. My husband had purchased one about 2 years ago and likes his. I would definitely recommend Eahora Ebikes.

There was an issue with the shipment and the wonderful customer service (Lisa) assisted me all the thru the process and swiftly settled it and made more of a happy customer. I purchased the AM200 2023, and could not be happier! Best full suspension e-bike for the money. The power and responsiveness of the controller and motor exceeded my expectations. The 20ah battery hasn’t let me down yet, providing all day riding in the Rocky Mountains. Very helpful customer service, albeit that there is a time delay for a response due to location.

The design of the M1P is a real eye catcher, I get looks and questions just about every time I ride it. It reminds me of the days when I rode the gas powered Motor cycles when I was younger.

This scooter is fun to ride, it is well built and neat looking. EAHORA gave me a great deal, delivery was fast and the company has stayed in contact with me. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I absolutely love my Eahora M1 two-seater. The acceleration is quick and the ride is smooth. I have had a lot of compliments, plenty of looks, and a neighbor that’s going to buy one. it is worth every penny… if not more.
The service I have received has been more than fantastic and I want to call out Lisa for she responds as fast as the bike accelerates. The quality is spot on.

Purchased an Aurora Etwister M2, which I absolutely love, but I have noticed cracks in my floorboard after getting a replacement of the front board, I went to put it on, I noticed cracks in the rear at that point Aurora sent me a replacement for the back, which, when I went to assemble would not lineup and discovered the frame to be out of alignment, which was causing new cracks on the new parts after contacting them, they offered to send a replacement scooter, which I really appreciate. I received a scooter within a timely manner quickly assembled it test wrote it and everything is wonderful. Thanks again for the great support from your company Gary Rosenzweig.

Frame cracked at stem riding really mild trails near my home is the ace actually trail capable. The company allready has sent me a frame. Nervous weather or not to upgrade to an ace i dont know that it is capable of trails above mild. What kind of trails are you guys riding on the Ace bike the trails im used to have unavoidable areas where you are coming off the ground weather you plan on it or not.

These guys went above and beyond for me I would definitely recommend them to everyone they are very attentive to there customers they always answer my emails within 24 hrs most of the time within 2. Hours and I can honestly say these guys will go out of there way to help ppl thank you again to everyone at ehora bikes

I've been riding an eahora azarias for 6 months and I just hit 800 miles on my odometer. Absolutely loving it. 48V 18Ah battery gets me for days commuting in city before I have to charge again. No other bike at this price range will give you the range (50-60 miles with moderate pedaling at PAS 5, which is the fastest option) and the speed (30-32mph tops) as well as the rear suspension for smooth rides. I went into 10 inch potholes with this thing and it didn't even care and kept riding smoothly. Brakes perform really well for a mechanical disk brake too. The flashlight is decent, but I'd recommend buying an additional high-mounted flashlight. Something like CATEYE 700 which will bend the light square like a car headlights so as to not blind incoming vehicles

Love my Ace.
I was hesitant to buy of off brand E-bike but took the plunge knowing Imay need to upgrade some components. Bike has a little extra weight but off sets that with double the wattage and torque of the name brands at half the price.
Derailer was a low-end Shimano but easily upgradeable. Chose to go to an 11= speed set up. $250 well spent.
Rear shock was un-dampened and kept leaking down. Another $120 for a new shock made a world of difference in the bike handling.
Rear suspension uses bushings instead of bearings. Turns out to be not such a big deal to up-grade to roller bearings. Ended up spending about $30 for bearings including spares.
In summary I have less than $3000 in the bike that I am very happy with. Bike rides well, has plenty of power, has been reliable with the upgrades.

Did not recieve everything with bike, notified the company, they said they would send missing parts, and never sent them. And are now refusing to return the brand new bike, and told me only way they will accept return is in original box and they would deduct about 1000$ in order to return the 1300$ item. when I asked for a prepaid return label and said they could take the shipping amount out of my refund, but a since when is shipping over a thousand dollars? See picture of email. They don’t honor their product, my advice? buy somewhere else! Save yourself the hassle.

Our Eahora x7 plus bikes performed GREAT as we took them to MEXICO and did the 52 mile ROSARITO to ENSENADA organized bike ride. With a lot of up hills, we pedalled at the start down the coast without the batteries turned on to save in case they ran low but to our surprise and Overwhelmed ENJOYMENT ! We did not need to as they flew down the course and up the steep " EL TIGRE" mountains with plenty of battery life left. Me my wife and brother will do it again this year with the confidence on our X7 plus bikes knowing they are proven and awesome! Thanks for building the fun into bikes after age 60 again.
