Delays with no contact
My pre-order was delayed, and with no notice until I contacted to chase it up. The new committed date was missed with no comms until I chased it again.

Hi there, we're sorry your order was delayed. We update any changes to the ETA on our website when we receive updates from the manufacturer. We understand it's frustrating not receiving an email notification and want to prioritise making this a feature of our service.
Potter figures
The goods took a little time to get here, however the product was worth the wait.

Great experience, Wonderful people
They took care of me on an item that wasn't readily available and sent it to the states.
I do check their site from time to time for things I can't find anywhere else.
More than happy to do business with them in the future.
