Antank Anmeldelser

My product works exactly as described, and Customer service has been great!

I’m the classic “stupid dad” who ordered the wrong dock. Realised the mistake, put in a return request, and Antank replied within minutes — on a Saturday night.
They didn’t send a template. They kept the conversation going, sorted it out quickly, and made the whole thing painless.
In the middle of work, kids, and everything else, that kind of response time is rare. Most companies disappear after 5pm Friday. These guys didn’t.
Fantastic customer service. Would buy from them again without thinking twice.

Excellent customer service. There was a slight mix-up with my order, but they resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. The switch 2 dock is also a great, more affordable alternative to the official Nintendo Switch 2 dock.

Excellent experience and customer service! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. There was a bit of a mix up with my order but they were able to get everything sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction.

Nice website if you are looking for gadgets for your portable consoles. I bought a Switch 2 dock. It's lightweight and it is working flawlessly so far. Customer service works nice and helps with any question you may have.

Great customer service and great products. Picked up their dock and power supply for my Switch 2 and it’s a fantastic upgrade.

Great service! I’d leave 10 stars if I could!!!
Got the Ethernet dock for the switch 2 and it’s AWESOME!!
I love it!

I bought a switch 2 dock for my husband. He is enjoying using it when he travels. It easily fits in his suitcase and makes his on the go game time much more enjoyable. No complaints!

I ordered dock for switch 1 and 2, but it doesn't work as it should. At the beggining I had a problem to connect with Customer service, but in the end, when i reach them, they helped me and send me new model without any additional payment. In the end I'm very happy with the product i ordered and can recommend the ANTANK S3 AIR 5-in-1 Dock for Nintendo Switch 1/2/OLED

I needed an extra dock for our Nintendo Switch OLED and Switch 2 for our living room. Instead of having two separated docks we bought ANTANK S3 AIR 5-in-1 Dock for Nintendo Switch 1/2/OLED and it works straight out of the box. Can highly recommend the dock, it is sleek and very minimalistic and looks great. Have had no problem with the dock and the family enjoy one dock for all our switch's.

The customer service is also very great because I had a problem getting the wrong power supply but that fixed the problem very fast. 10/10.

The only thing i could see being a positive upgrade for the dock is if the usb -c plug was more like the original dock and not with an angle. But i guess it is ment to be because you can also use the dock as a table holder for your dock if you prefer to play the switch using the build in screen.

Bought up S3 MAX dock for my switch 2. Solid build quality and fits console perfectly. Setup was straightforward and it works reliably with both TV and Tabletop mode. Good price compared to Nintendo. Fast ship, with well packages

Purchased the Antank Portable Charging Stand for Nintendo Switch 2 and the product looks quality craftsmanship and well made. I didn’t realize I would have to remove my protector case in order to use it.

Contacted the seller and they communicated clearly and offered me options, including keeping the item with a refund so I could donate it to charity. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue quickly.

The company handled my concern professionally, and I’m pleased with the resolution.

Very fast shipping, excellent dock for my Switch 2. Ended up changing my order, but got excellent customer service. Would definitely shop at Antank again!

Ein sehr zuvorkommender und vertrauenswürdiger Anbieter mit fairen Preisen und sehr guten Produkten. Die Switch 2 Docking Station funktioniert super :)

The product I ordered for use on my TV to play my Switch 1 or Switch 2 on the same dock works fantastic! I was surprised at how easy it was.

The customer service is phenomenal. I ordered 2 Switch 2 docks in a promotion for a great price. One of them worked perfectly, but I had some hardware problems with the second one. When I told them this, they got back to me quickly, and they are sending out a new one. I highly recommend them.

Really helpful support
I had a bit of an unusual situation with my order, and the support team was genuinely really understanding. Leticia helped me out and made the whole process easy, which I really appreciated.
The dock is also very well made and of good quality. Overall, great product and even better customer service.

Produits qualitatifs, et aux normes pour la console (switch 2).
Service client au top, bons échanges, réactifs et à l’écoute.
Je recommande les yeux fermés !
