Absolutely dreadful company, I am waiting in for the 6th time and the last, I even called Ottoman Beds’s and they confirmed definitely today but duo were running an hour & 15 minutes late. Also the Ottoman bed company have lied continuously about where my Ottoman was, date of experience, ha!! Which should I give

Worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt withsat in twice waiting for these people to come with my delivery and they’re still not showed up absolutely fuming sat in twice waiting for him all six hours of my time wasted. They’ve had no contact with me to say that the delivery is not coming or anything so disgusting.😡😡

5* service from the drivers, who were great, polite and helpful, and a 4* service from customer service. Very helpful over the phone, but they ignored all my written correspondence.
Overall, they did much better than I feared!

Was given a time slot for between 12-3pm, called the company at 3pm, was told they'll be here by 4pm, didn't arrive till after 6pm, no call to say they going be late, absolutely poor communication, just wasted my whole afternoon, if this lot can't make the time slot given, at least contact the customer to let them know. Being self employed I've had to cancel jobs which means i haven't earned nothing today, for me this is absolutely unacceptable.

I am sorry to say I am very unhappy. We were meant to have a light delivered on Saturday. We were moving back in to our property at 8am on that day - and planned to be there all day to await the delivery. The delivery team turned up at 7am!! (Just before 7 in fact.) They couldn't leave the light in our designated safe place, and told us it would be rebooked for Tuesday. Fine. Didn't hear anything so I called. Turns out they can't redeliver this week at all while our electrician is still onsite. It takes a whole week to rebook the delivery. Extremely annoying.

Duo deliveries delivered our furniture village order to us. There was no communication from the start. Our delivery was delayed and we chased and chased where it was until we finally got a response saying it would be with us the next morning. The item was then delivered and the delivery team refused to assemble the table & chairs even though we had paid significant money for this. So again a day of us chasing and at the end of the day another team from this company turned up to put the table and chairs together, were rude, no customer service skills and then damaged my brand new kitchen work top. We complained straight away about this damage and somehow this company are still denying responsibility. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Brilliant organisation and exceptional staff !!

We recived our lovely dining table to our home today and were met by two lovely memebers of staff from duo namely Rod & Tony

They were very polite and careful and more importantly very knowledgeable about the table and how to put it together.

I wish there was minus points for this shoddily run company, we had full tracking with delivery date and time for our dining room table to be delivered and guess what no delivery in fact they didn’t bother to call us to tell us they weren’t coming, we took a day off for this delivery it was all co-ordinated with furniture village’s other order which was delivered to us that day also, wait for this the excuse they used when we called to find out where they were was they couldn’t find our table in the warehouse. The woman I spoke to was rude she shouldn’t be in cust perhaps she should do a job less stressful such as cleaning toilets etc but not dealing with custs whose goods are in the business she works at she clearly has no accountability, she sounded rude on the phone, I suspect she was full of bull and was telling lies to cover up some other reason that or she is related to the depot mgr lololol anyway stay away from anything to do with duodelivers as all they do is deliver heartache and stress and lose our goods. And message for trustpilot This is a genuine review we have the text to say they were going to deliver and have the order number as a reference ready for you just in case they contest this review.

I must say how very pleased i was with the delivery service from Duo. I had ordered a bookcase and large table from Furniture Village, both of which were extremely heavy items as well as 6 chairs. Not only were the team very professional & hard working (it was very hot that day) but they went above and beyond what was expected. The units were made from reclaimed railway sleepers, which means the table top (under the glass) and shelves were very uneven. They initially placed the items and made sure they were completely stable. They then went over the uneven surfaces with a vacuum cleaner and then fully cleaned the glass top and wiped off the chrome surfaces. They checked every aspect of the units and chairs as well as explaining thing to us. They also made sure everything was placed correctly and made sure we were totally satisfied. Very happy with the service provided and i have also expressed my pleasure to the company itself.

Terrible experience.
On the delivery date I received a call from their driver saying that they were going away with my goods because the roadworks were blocking the way. When I told them that there is another way they answered that they were already going back and needed to schedule a new appointment. After chasing their understaffed and impolite customer service for a whole week they are still failing to arrange the next delivery date.
They kept on adding the excuse of the roadwork blocking the access even though it's not the truth.
Stay away from them.

This is an unreliable Company.

I had ordered a chest of drawers from SohoHome. Its extremely heavy and with rounded ends making it difficult to balance when manoeuvring around my very tight passageways and up my narrow, steep staircase.

It didn't look as though it would be possible to get it up stairs, but DuoDelivers persevered when I suspect most others would have given up or not even attempted. They've put the chest of drawers exactly where I wanted.

Thank you for sticking with it, I have no idea what I would have done if you'd given up which would have been completely understandable under the circumstance.
