No info about shipment even within Europe. It should take 2-3 business days but still did not receive the wallet after 3 weeks and they did not respond to my email.
Ordered a wallet on January 3rd,2026 and received a notification that it shipped a few days later. Still haven't received it, and have sent two requests for info with no response. Will be filing with the Dutch equivalent of BBB today.
I ordered two wallets from Dun and they are absolutely beautiful, in fact better than advertised! The wallets are top quality which is obvious when you hold them in your hand and they almost melt away with the high quality leather. I strongly recommend Dun wallets not only for the quality of product but for customer service. The Holidays cursed my delivery which got lost and without question two more wallets were expressed to me. A+++++
Ich hab mich extra angemeldet um hier eine Bewertung für DUN Wallets abgeben zu können. Die bisherigen Bewertungen kann ich nur teils bestätigen. Es gibt keine Sendungsnummer das stimmt ja. Was ich gesehen habe, kamen die Bewertungen teils aus den USA, was logischerweise zu langen Lieferzeiten führt. Vom Support kann ich nichts sagen. Ich selbst habe am 03.08 bestellt. Einen Tag später kam die Versandbestätigung (wie gesagt ohne Sendungsnummer - deswegen auch den einen Punkt abzug). Das Wallet kam dann heute am 07.08 per Post an. Also 4 Tage nach Aufgabe der Bestellung - wie gesagt nach Deutschland. Qualität auf den ersten Einblick positiv. Langzeit wird sich dann zeigen.

Bought a wallet on 28 January and received an update that it was shipped on 30 January. I emailed them on 9 February asking for a tracking number and am waiting for a response. I'm praying it arrives in time for Valentine's Day, as I bought the wallet as a gift, but I don't have high hopes after seeing the other reviews on Trustpilot.

I had ordered a wallet from DUN a week ago. I paid 70 dollars for their wallet. If my order isn't received by this by tomorrow, I will be resorting to legal ways through my personal attorney.It is very disgraceful you order something and you dont even have a tracking update as to where it is. YOU HAVE NO UPDATES AT ALL!!! I will make sure to put this review everywhere for people to avoid buying from there. This is not a good outlook on them at all!!! I emailed and still NOTHING!!!

UPDATE: Finally heard from them over a month later.
Looks like there will be resolution.
Paid for two wallets. One arrived weeks later with no information/updates about arrival.
Emailed a week ago for a refund/return for both and have heard nothing.

Ordered since March 29th 2024, haven’t received yet and no email was sent for delay. I have sent twice an email to helpdesk and still it answer. That looks to me like 1st class fraud!!!

I ordered the DUN Slim from DUN.
First, you should know that the card holder does not come with the Wallet and must be ordered separately.
Second you should know that the "hidden pocket" which should open when squeezed does not. One must fiddle with both hands.
Third, good luck if you want to return a product. I emailed DUN to ask for a refund. Received a reply saying return no problem but asking for my feedback. I reported my concerns and since then radio silence. No return instructions or money back.
Expensive wallets. Poor customer service.
