My son who is a Capt. in the Marine Corp. loves watches. He is so hard to buy for because he has everything but.. a really nice watch winder. I just received his Christmas gift yesterday and couldn't believe how well constructed it was made. I bought the 6 watch winder with the extra watch display. This winder has a finger print security extra locked storage for other jewelry and documents. Can't wait to give him this gift. I think it's the best gift ever except for me being his mom.

Product is nice and works well. I would buy it again. My negatives are that the color orange is not represented well on their website. The actual product orange is dull compared to the website picture. (It's not my monitor). My other negative is the instruction manual needs to be more clearly written.

I bought this for my best friend that has a beautiful luxury watch collection and it should be i. This beautiful display made for watches like hers .she absolutely loves it .thanks for this masterpiece.

STAY AWAY - I genuinely wanted to give this a 5* review as I really was excited about the winder. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition but I soon realised there were issues. Firstly the watch cuffs are too big and cannot be adjusted and I have not received the exact item I ordered.
I've queried both of the above and to cut a very long story and many, many emails short (trying to make them understand my point) I have been told they will send me the correct cuffs that can be adjusted and that I can have £20 refunded so I can keep my £200+ item and use it as a 'project' that I can 'repair'. They clearly do not want to deal with returns but they also cannot accept when something isn't right. All I am asking them is send me the item I ordered as that would make me 100% happy. Being told the item I have by the suppler is actually the wrong item but that they won't change it is just absolutely ridiculous.

Arrived beautifully packaged with good instructions. Easy to setup easy to use. Seems like a good product. Using it right now on a mechanical self winding watch. Would recommend to a friend.

My husband absolutely loves his watch case. It's good quality and it keeps his watches time current. It's a really nice display, highly recommend for luxury watches, or any at that. The spinning is so quiet we never notice when it spins unless we see it. I would definitely buy again. Love it.

Product arrived on time. Looks good and works great

The watch winder display case is nice looking and the motors are silent but it arrived with the front panel partly dislodged. When I emailed and asked to return the item they refused, instead insisting I fix it myself by unscrewing the panel entirely and replacing it. I was able to do this, but it still sits slightly loose and they have refused three times to allow me to send it back to them. More importantly, the winder rotates at seven rotations per minute. Their rotational programs are timed, and doing the math, your watch will get around 2000 turns per day, which is WAY more than most winders, and could possibly damage your watch. I'll use the display case and jewelry box since I seem to be stuck with it, but won't be using the winder feature. This is the reason I avoid Chinese companies.

Bad instruction book , doesn’t explain how the unit functions

The watch winder is of very good quality, I received the German operating instructions as a PDF upon request. All in all a great product and great service.

Even though the product didn’t work out for me, the company was great to do business with and made everything right.
