Thank you for your feedback, Kshitij. We understand that scents can be subjective. Also, Misk Rijali is a soft, powdery scent that develops gradually and is meant to be subtle. If you're looking for something stronger, feel free to reach us at customerservice@dukhni.com — our team would be happy to help you find the right match.

I paid extra for express delivery when I ordered bakhoor from here, but the item wasn’t even shipped until 5 days later only after I sent multiple follow-up emails. If there was going to be a delay, why charge for express delivery in the first place? Really disappointed with the service.

Fragrances to admire
Ive been ordering from Dukhni for more than 2 years now and I am always in love with their Oud Bakhoor variety pack. I’ve tried some other local bakhoors as well but ended up on this. Must buy!!!

The fragrance is not quite what I anticipated; it has a soapy scent that doesn't linger. I'm concerned that these new products may negatively impact your brand's reputation.

My parcel has gone missing
My parcel has gone missing. I messaged their customer service and for days they said it’s a problem with the courier and will get back to me.
I still don’t have the parcel (which I paid for) and have no clue as to when i will receive it.
Won’t be ordering from here again.
