They originally sent me the wrong fragrance. And immediately made it right by sending me the correct one, and not asking for the one they originally sent me back. The situation was made right in just 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

After buying my first Oakcha fragrances, I can confidently say this brand has become my absolute favourite. The scents are rich, unique, and of quality — truly incredible lasting scent some even better than the $$$$$ one's. I will definitely be purchasing more. 5/5 customer support! I’m obsessed with so many Oakcha fragrances! They last all day and I get so many compliments. I recently received Carmel Brew and it immediately became my new favorite! UNFORTUNATELY the bottle was leaking so I reached out to support and they were so fast and kind on helping me get a replacement. I appreciate how fast and easy they resolved the problem.

My order still has not come after it being delayed since the 18th of March, this is bad.

I have ordered from Oakcha twice. My first order was Heavens Speak. I truly love that perfume. It arrived quickly and in great do condition. The box the perfumes come is also cute and a great touch. I just ordered Ironleaf and it arrived with a leak which happens. Honestly I wasn’t mad but decided to just reach out to Oakcha to make them aware. A customer representative emailed me back in under two hours and a few minutes later they were sending me a new bottle. I truly appreciated the quick response and kindness showed by Liam the representative I spoke with. I will definitely continue to support this company!

Will you please have someone from Oakcha give me a call. We have been back and forth with my refund request for two months, despite the fact that I uploaded the receipt showing my return, despite the fact that a representative at Oakcha verified that they received the order, and despite the fact that I do not have the product but you do. I am not going to pay for a product that you all have and that I do not want and that I sent back within the 30-day time period for a refund and that I have asked you repeatedly to contact me about so that we can resolve this through Affirm.com. Even the Better Business Bureau said it reached out to you on my behalf and on behalf of the case I filed, and there was no reply. The anxiety this case has caused me over the past two months is extreme and pathetic.

The Oakcha fragrances smell cheap, I will never buy dupes again; should have listened to that voice inside saying... don't do it you will regret it. I should have listened, only stick to name brands.

Also, customer service sucks and would not respond to any of my emails requesting a return and refund. These people are scammers.

I know the travel atomizers are not on their website anymore but if you were lucky enough to get one when ordering I’m sure you would agree that they are very well made and better than more on the market. I hope they make it as a regular item to their shop.

Aside from making great products, their customer service is INCREDIBLE.

Ik heb onlangs voor de tweede keer besteld en ik vind Oakcha echt een dikke aanrader! Sowieso hele mooie parfums die ook goed lijken op de parfums waar ze op geïnspireerd zijn. Fijne prijzen en vaak ook aanbiedingen. Maar ook hele snelle bezorging! Al twee x binnen een week na bestellen in huis (Nederland). Ik ben dik tevreden!

So far I’ve ordered 6 perfumes from Oakcha and they all smell amazing!! My favorite scent is Burberry Her and Oakcha’s Nebula smells identical. It lasts the whole day too!

Customer service is awesome as well. Fast and easy 👏🏻 I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I ordered 4 fragrances (Vanilla Glaze, That Girl, Morning Rain, and Mist Flora)and received one additional fragrance (Mango Hour)for free, and a free atomizer. ($65 value of free products) When I received the products, all smell beautiful, and I can not wait to use each one.
Unfortunately one of my fragrances (Mist Flora) arrived damaged, however upon reaching out to Oakcha’s customer service, I was able to get help with a replacement within MINUTES of opening my package. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, dispute the damaged product. Accidents happen and the resolution was seamless. :)

Just received my order !! I love it !! I thought I would try LOVE IN ROME after seeing it on Daniel Rene reels . Love the pakaging , love the fragrance , love the price , Im obsessed!! Just placed another order .xxx

First of all, I love that they offer sample boxes. I wish they'd offer more of them, because their scents are extremely hit-and-miss.
About a year ago I ordered the Candy Collection sampler- some of them I really liked, Watermelon Jam and Peach Rings were my favourite even if they didn't last long, and Choco Break and Colaroma were warm and mature scents that kinda smelled like their namesakes.
So when they came out with their Gourmand collection I was super excited- Vanilla? Berries? Cake? Whipped cream? Yes please, I want to smell like a dessert.
So imagine my disappointment when I get the sampler set and EVERY SINGLE ONE smelled like the cheapest artificial chemicals and nothing like their namesakes. They genuinely smelled like the kind of cheap stuff you get from an aluminium can in the kids section at the dollar store, they were so bad. I don't even know what I did with the box, whether its stuffed away somewhere or tossed in the bin- either way, I didn't want to wear any of them.
They've come out with so many perfumes that sound great, but until they come in sampler sets I don't advise anyone take the risk of blind-buying Oakcha. My ratio of Like-Meh-Hate is currently 2-3-5, so I'm not willing to waste my money where there's a 50% chance I'll hate the smell and only a 20% chance I'll like it. Oakcha is pretty affordable but they're not *that* affordable that you can blind-buy with those odds.

I kept hearing about Oakcha and seeing the ads and videos on Instagram so I decided to give them a try. I ordered mind's mirror, their version of Valaya, pacific chill and received a free bottle as it was buy 3 get 1 free. Let me say that I love them all. I don't understand what people are complaining about. The product is good the sillage is good and projects very well, I typically purchase all of my perfume from Saks and now that know that Oakcha's products are legit, I will be ordering more. Why spend hundreds of dollars on 1 bottle of Louis vuitton when I can order from Oakcha. I ordered Sunday and received the shipment in 3 days. One more thing the atomizer wasn't sent and I reached out to customer service to let them know and received a tracking number for it already. No long conversation needed. All I have to say is ok Oakcha!!!

My experience with Oakcha hasn't always been smooth but Craig and Brian and others have gone above and beyond to make me feel like my experience with Oakcha matters to them.

The fragrances that I have purchased have exceeded my expectations. I bought a scent that was inspired by a fragrance by Clive Christian that reportedly retails for several hundred thousand dollars. I just had to know. It was that kind of fragrance. I could see some royal walking around a cocktail party wearing it with their nose in the air. A little soft for my preference. The fragrance that I purchased with it, English Royale was a smash. A projection beast. Exactly what I look for in a signature scent. It was inspired by a fragrance by my favorite perfumer, Roja Dove. An Oakcha original, Ironleaf has some sort of olfactory magic. I mixed it with English Royale and created my new signature scent. All of the Oakcha Oud collection smell different and are worth the investment. Recently, I've tried the entire Jewel Collection. Emerald 13 and Sapphire 7 are truly remarkable and unlike anything that I have ever smelled. Pearl 22 turned out to be exquisite on me. I wear it to church and always get compliments. I have high hopes for Ruby 24 and Diamond 15 hoping that I saved the best for last.

I have suddenly developed a love for fragrance. The problem is that I can’t afford most of the ones I fall in love with. Then I discovered companies that make dupes of those beautiful perfumes so I started ordering. I was not very happy with my experiences until I discovered Oakcha!! I cannot say enough good things about Oakcha. Every fragrance I have ordered from them has been outstanding and sometimes smell even better than the OG. The fragrances last on my skin a good 8+ hours and longer on clothes. Their customer service is wonderful! Give them a try! You won’t be sorry!

I bought 3 bottle: Marshmallow, Ruhe and That Girl. What I love: lovely design (made me think of Tatcha), the smell almost identical to the Original, if it can last longer that can be replacement of the Original.
And customer service absolutely lovely and quick to respond.

I had two issues that needed handled at the same time: 1) My Apartment Number had accidently been left off of the FedEx package for the first order I had ever ordered from Oakcha, I was wondering why it just wasn't arriving so finally (Stupid Me) I checked the tracking number and it showed that it was "stuck" at the final FedEx hub, before being delivered to my address due to "bad address" (Simply Apt# missing). I was told that only the sender could "Change the address" (add the apt#), so I sent a request through the contact portal for this issue. 2) I was on the website looking for a way to contact customer service, when a new fragrance caught my eye, so I placed another order as well. However, it didn't appear that the order went through, so I ordered again. BOTH orders HAD gone through, so I quickly contacted customer service to PLEASE cancel the duplicate order made in error.
Brian handled BOTH issues within the hour. Quick, friendly, customer service- not ONCE asking me "why" or "put explanation here". I sent two e-mails, and Brian resolved the issues quickly, professionally, and set a standard that I believe ALL companies' customer service representatives could learn from. EXCELLENT JOB BRIAN!
